This looks great my man, (as a chef) I have some suggestions that would take this to the absolute NEXT LEVEL. trust me the way I trust you, you won't regret this. After cutting the meat, put it in a bowl and add a tbsp of water to it. Add a tiny punch of baking soda and a tsp of oil. Some salt, some msg if you're into that stuff, some of your seasoning. Mix it well. The baking soda will create a basic environment that opens up the muscle fibers making them absorb the water. Heat up a stainless steel pan, not anti stick stuff your body deserves better. Once the stainless steel pan is piping hot add some oil to thinly coat the whole pan (it should be just under the smoke point) and put down the heat. Let it oxidise, this will create a natural non stick layer. After that add the meat put the heat to max and mix it like your life depends on it. This will create a super juice and soft meat, in China we call this "velvetting the meat". It won't add to or change the nutritional value of the meal but it will greatly enhance the mouth texture which is an important part in the enjoyment of food. Few weeks ago I was looking at a guy here on youtube that put knives under magnifying glass. Sharpening like that creates crooked edges and destroys the blade. The best way to sharpen a blade is with a wet stone like they do in Japan. i've been ruining my knives for years 😅 Anyway, I am not a "gym bro" officially but this cooking stuff Sir is helping everyone. Please do continue ❤
Just a tip noel if you bend your fingers and rest the side of the blade on your finger knuckels as a guide you'll cut alot faster and don't run the risk of having to reattach one other than that keep up the good work only found this channel the other day and I'll tell you what you deserve everything good that comes your way big man 👍 love from the UK ❤
Thanks for the recipe deffo going to try this. Quick tips to not cry from onions: Don't cut off the base end as this is the part that makes you cry. Cut only from the other side, this will also help with cutting the onion too as it holds together.
This looks awesome! As a tip, you don’t need to disinfect the board before your veggies if you’re gonna cook them too, anything on them will get killed as you sautee. But of course if you eat them raw, and at the end of the prep work, definitely disinfect😊

Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. I'm not in a physical journey but i love cooking videos, i loved how you thought about making alternative cooking methods, that's something that bothers me in some recipes, bc sometimes I don't have the appliances to make the recipe, nice of you that you took an extra time to think and show us other methods.
For those who use the bigger bell peppers try cutting off the stem so you can place it upside down. Then cut from the top around the seed pod, slide around it trying to take one section at a time. You should be able to find a guide easily enough on youtube if you need more details but honestly do what works for you!

To reduce the amount of crying with an onion leave the root on and cut it in half from end to end. On both half's cut the stalk side off then peel a layer off. Slice to desired thickness and the last thing you should have is the root and toss away. Hope it helps

I love the simplicity of this video. My only suggestion is to use a separate cutting board only for the meat, rather than the same one. I know this isn't possible for everyone. If you do the veggies first and then the meat, that's probably a good idea (still clean the cutting board obvi). Last thing for everyone cleaning your, well, anything raw meat touches: take note of how long the cleaner needs to disinfect! Just spraying and wiping doesn't mean it's properly disinfected. Cheers.

Good tip on adding the seasoning after the meat has browned. Cooking mine with low-GI rice as I'm a gym bro with Type 2 Diabetes. Still not on meds but diet control.

Great recipe! If you dont cut the root of the onion until the very end you wont cry! What makes you cry is the gas released when the onion bleeds, it only happens when the root is cut off from the rest of the onion, you can still cut it in half though :)

@@NoelDeyzel brother, you don't know how much you lifted me up with your message today. i've been really struggling past few days but i forced myself to do a quick workout at home, and just after i've finished, feeling bit better i saw your comment. it's like the universe telling me good job, but in the form of Noel. (you're literally as big as universe aswell haha!) i've been avoiding gym for the whole week and not gonna lie, was losing motivation, rapidly. after reading your message, i feel so much more confident that i am actually doing something great. i haven't got much positive feedback at all because i really don't have much ppl in my life right now, but it's okay. i rather be alone than surrounded by 100 "friends" if you know what i mean. worst part is working out alone, though. especially as a beginner it's hard to motivate to push yourself and learn the techniques. but i've been learning, just today actually wrecked my pecs pretty darn good for the first time! and i will eventually get to commercial gym, i've been working out in this pretty shitty gym at my work-life rehabilitation place. it's a government offered woodshop where people who are unemployed because of various reasons, can go to kinda like "practice" normal, working life again. i've been off from work from 2020 onwards and this place has been so great for my general mood, and i'm really loving woodworking aswell. our government is pretty amazing for offering such chances, the place is supposed to rehabilitate you to get back to work life and it does work pretty well. and there's a gym so it has been a big part in starting my fitness journey aswell. i've struggled much in life and i would certainly be up to tell you my life story that would contain my deep struggles with addiction, depression, and dealing with my parents death. i lost them three years ago and it's been pretty shitty, ngl. but i'm still standing and keep trying to be the best version of myself i can. i hope you make it here one day, it's beautiful country with beautiful people and culture. taking you to Sauna in my mates lakeside cabin would be a dream, incredible evening, and superb relaxation after hard workout, of course! i cannot express with words, how much your message means to me. what i promise to do, is try to show it to you by trying and building my body to it's natural limits. i'm still in the beginning but the results are visible and genetics aren't the worst. i hope you can see one day, the fruits of my labour! i feel like i have a purpose in this bodybuilding thing now, even more so than just doing it for myself! thanks for all the positivity you bring to internet. you inspire and come to inspire millions of young people to do better in their lives, that's not a minor thing. it's a huge impact. i literally teared up reading your comment and it gave strength to be better again tomorrow. i only hope to be such positive force one day. Don't cut off the base end as this is the part that makes you cry. Cut only from the other side, this will also help with cutting the onion too as it holds together.
This looks awesome! As a tip, you don’t need to disinfect the board before your veggies if you’re gonna cook them too, anything on them will get killed as you sautee. But of course if you eat them raw, and at the end of the prep work, definitely disinfect😊

Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. I'm not in a physical journey but i love cooking videos, i loved how you thought about making alternative cooking methods, that's something that bothers me in some recipes, bc sometimes I don't have the appliances to make the recipe, nice of you that you took an extra time to think and show us other methods.
For those who use the bigger bell peppers try cutting off the stem so you can place it upside down. Then cut from the top around the seed pod, slide around it trying to take one section at a time.
You should be able to find a guide easily enough on youtube if you need more details but honestly do what works for you!

To reduce the amount of crying with an onion leave the root on and cut it in half from end to end. On both half's cut the stalk side off then peel a layer off. Slice to desired thickness and the last thing you should have is the root and toss away. Hope it helps

I love the simplicity of this video. My only suggestion is to use a separate cutting board only for the meat, rather than the same one. I know this isn't possible for everyone.
If you do the veggies first and then the meat, that's probably a good idea (still clean the cutting board obvi).
Last thing for everyone cleaning your, well, anything raw meat touches: take note of how long the cleaner needs to disinfect! Just spraying and wiping doesn't mean it's properly disinfected. Cheers.

Wow. I use that fajita seasoning when grilling just about anything. I raised 2 kids on it and they have it in their kitchens now. Pretty Kool seeing it on TH-cam. Loved the video and meal prep ideas.

If you dont cut the root of the onion until the very end you wont cry! What makes you cry is the gas released when the onion bleeds, it only happens when the root is cut off from the rest of the onion, you can still cut it in half though :)

ayy noel this was great vid!! i like the new style very much. you're clearly evolving as a content creator! very nice to see! you're one of the people who inspired me to hit the gym and i'm slowly falling in love with it. i literally cured my morbid depression by starting to eat 4 times a week about 3000 kcal a day and my weight is going up. i was down at 65kg as a 5"11 male and started to get worried. now back up to 73kg and feeling so much stronger, making steady gains in the gym. i think i got it now, i think i'm turning to a gym rat haha. thanks for being such an inspiration mate, love from Finland! 💪🏻🇫🇮

@@NoelDeyzel brother, you don't know how much you lifted me up with your message today. i've been really struggling past few days but i forced myself to do a quick workout at home, and just after i've finished, feeling bit better i saw your comment. it's like the universe telling me good job, but in the form of Noel. (you're literally as big as universe aswell haha!) i've been avoiding gym for the whole week and not gonna lie, was losing motivation, rapidly. after reading your message, i feel so much more confident that i am actually doing something great. i haven't got much positive feedback at all because i really don't have much ppl in my life right now, but it's okay. i rather be alone than surrounded by 100 "friends" if you know what i mean. worst part is working out alone, though. especially as a beginner it's hard to motivate to push yourself and learn the techniques. but i've been learning, just today actually wrecked my pecs pretty darn good for the first time! and i will eventually get to commercial gym, i've been working out in this pretty shitty gym at my work-life rehabilitation place. it's a government offered woodshop where people who are unemployed because of various reasons, can go to kinda like "practice" normal, working life again. i've been off from work from 2020 onwards and this place has been so great for my general mood, and i'm really loving woodworking aswell. our government is pretty amazing for offering such chances, the place is supposed to rehabilitate you to get back to work life and it does work pretty well. and there's a gym so it has been a big part in starting my fitness journey aswell.
i've struggled much in life and i would certainly be up to tell you my life story that would contain my deep struggles with addiction, depression, and dealing with my parents death. i lost them three years ago and it's been pretty shitty, ngl. but i'm still standing and keep trying to be the best version of myself i can. i hope you make it here one day, it's beautiful country with beautiful people and culture. taking you to Sauna in my mates lakeside cabin would be a dream, incredible evening, and superb relaxation after hard workout, of course!
i cannot express with words, how much your message means to me. what i promise to do, is try to show it to you by trying and building my body to it's natural limits. i'm still in the beginning but the results are visible and genetics aren't the worst. i hope you can see one day, the fruits of my labour! i feel like i have a purpose in this bodybuilding thing now, even more so than just doing it for myself!
