      My Father bought his XT ford
      falcon from Ira Berk dealer at Maroubra Junction Sydney in 1968.It was a gold coloured auto sedan in the showroom.No carpet in the falcon 500 3.6 litre 6. we had it for 14 years,great car for holidays.

    Magic example of an XT Falcon. Not a standard model though - chrome window surrounds and dress strip, and painted wheels with dress hubcaps and white-walls definitely special order. Surprised they didn't show how to inspect the door drains, which were really important to prevent rust on these old girls.

    Never top up brake fluid on reasonably new cars. As the pads wear the liquid drops. When the brake pistons are pushed out to replace pads then the fluid will go to the full position unless you have a Ford then all fluids will leak after leaving the showroom..

    Not many of this model in that particular red...and the ones that were faded pretty quickly.

    Just quick question.... do you guys still make more driving video....

    • @NFSAFilms
      @NFSAFilms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Chudiksc - These films were not made by the NFSA, we are an archive not a producer. The road safety / driving films were made by the Commonwealth Film Unit for the most part - which no longer exists. Road safety "commercials" are still produced by state authorities but they are not films as such.

      @@NFSAFilms oh...........no . What I have learned from the safety/driving films is far too great as to what I was thought during driving school . I really enjoyed it and thank you guys . I appreciate
      My wish if state authority will films Road safety " commercial " imagine how much it will save life like the archive safety /driving films by commonwealth film unit. I will say thank you again and keep up the good work...
