I glory kill when it's convenient to do so, and also when: 1. I don't have full blood punch charges 2. I need HP 3. I need s/breathing room for whatever reason If glory killing puts me in a disadvantageous position I generally won't do them
If you're using Steam: Opt into the beta through steam properties, then launch DE after the download is finished and log in to your bethesda account when it asks for your login credentials. Browse what mod you wanna play, install, and then drag over the preferred mods into the box. Lastly, click the play DE with mods button. You have to either start a new save file or enter a console command to start the mod - this should be specified in the mod description. Have fun!
