That would be awesome is there a way we could see you defeat every boss without taking damage? i know that a lot to ask but its captivating watching your movement in this game.

Nightmare really isn’t that big of a deal, I bet you know it by now. It’s only a matter of trial and error. Ultra nightmare, on the other hand, it’s a little more than that.
I'm trash with a controller when I play on ultra nightmare but when I play on normal nightmare I'm killing everything in a blink of an eye. I guess I have bad luck.

I can't help but wonder if this was just the console handicap the devs undoubtedly had to build in for consume versions or if it just was on a lower difficulty. Either way, still impressive to accomplish this in a mere 5 minutes on any difficulty.

But yeah, timing of his shots was pretty good all things considered, and he knew executed the constant weapon switching for faster firing / more dps quite well. I'll give him that. Just looked a LOT less chaotic than what I remembered playing on my first playthrough even on Hurt Me Plenty. Higher difficulties on PC make it difficult to even know exactly what all enemies are coming at you because of how many they're are, how diverse they are, and just how much raw chaos is present on every section of the map. Ergo, I had to question why this looked so much easier to pull off than what I was used to seeing. Sorry if you got offended by anything relating to things being nerfed on console, but it looks to be a pretty ridiculous level of nerf.

I especially like this part right here at 2:29, you SAW you were about to be hit by the icon, and you chainsawed nearby fodder to get invisibility frames to avoid taking damage, you truly are the best Doomslayer out there. Keep up the great work.
Dude be hitting the BFG so fast the Icon of Sin could even see what was happening. Tho i imagine it took a little while until you made it perfectly. You DID do some very hars BFG shots after all. And using the armor parts explosions delay to destroy other parts is a neat trick too. 10/10 Doomguy approves.
This was such a heavy improvement over the spider boss in Doom 2016. Some of the really tough encounters in doom eternal were more difficult than the final boss of Doom 2016, and there were many tough parts. Especially one part towards the end where you fight an Archvile and a marauder and a bunch of other shit at the same time, much worse than some big ass robo spider that is practically impossible to not hit even if you were blindfolded.
Currently following your playthrough for Ultra-Nightmare... honestly I’m terrified of this fight. Gonna have to practice it until I’m able to consistently beat it on my nightmare file before I load up this mission on the ultra-nightmare save m
Endo yeah I’m practicing one mission at a time. Instead of doing a full playthrough of nightmare then switching to ultra I’m doing one mission of night, one of ultra, one of nightmare, one of ultra. Much easier to practice 20 minute segments rather than try to remember 5+ hours of spawns and patterns
Ethan H That’s a good strategy, as remembering spawns will make a huge difference, making that gold armor easier to get. I just finished ARC complex on nightmare and was surprised how easy the Maurder was this time around, i took no dmg as it was all about dodging his shots then hitting him twice. The one thing I wish us console gamers had was switching weapons as fast as PC can, they switch through their weapons way faster with key bindings. Still prefer using the controller though, good strategy I’ll give that a shot👍

If I could just make it to the whiplash spawns I know I’ll be able to get through the rest with berserk but there’s just stuff hitting you from every angle a ton of mancubi which I struggle with

My perfect ending for ETERNAL was honestly expecting the Doomslayer to use his giant titan mech in the Fortress of Doom to defeat the Icon Of Sin. The Icon being heavily damaged, managed to briefly escape to space by opening another portal where he planned to use the BFG 10 000 to kill the Doomslayer once and for all...Doomslayer runs through the portal, the demon and the doomslayer fight on the UAC fleet, Doomslayer right hooks The Icon Of Sin and he's stunned briefly, The Titan Doomslayer aims the BFG 10 000 into the demons chest...and just before it fires he says softly: *This is for Daisy you son of a bitch.* and blasts the demon into the surface hole of mars, destroying him and the planet. But that's just my opinion. Solid 9/10 out of though.
Would be cooler if Doomguy shot himself out of the BFG 10K to falcon punch through the Icon of Sin’s head, land on an outcrop on the other and strike a dramatic pose while the music hits and the Icon of Sin falls.
@@hydroshock1853 yeah not really true lol. if you have ever played a MP Game then you know that you cant compare it with ANY SP Game out there. even if it is from the same game. COD is very popular on consoles. you cant learn anything from SP of COD to use it in MP. its just not going to work.
@@metalvideos1961 I never said it was perfect, I just meant BM and the campaign in this game don't have as big of a gap as other FPS since things like quick switching apply, and many of the demons are the same. The biggest difference is the dynamic that exists between the players, so it's different enough, but not on the level of other popular FPS.

3:50 this reminds me when you defeat the hive mind on Dead Space 1. It has every scenario. Defeated scream, falling close to the player, and corpse dragged to a long fall.
The only advantage PC has other than the quick aiming is key bindings and being able to switch weapons much faster than consoles. FPS games are better with controllers Imo especially games like Halo and COD
@Jona arena shooters in particular just feel wrong with a controller. KBM Is like using a flight unit on Ace Combat or a fight stick on Tekken, even if Eternal was made with controller in mind the dead zones with controller stick are hard to not notice

This is what we all aspire to be like when playing. But then again, I'm already clearing parts of the game without taking any damage, so I'm getting there.
Saw the video title and my immediate reaction was, yeah sure why not, this makes sense. Nice to see other skins for the slayer, his weapons and the UI. You made it look really easy I love it. Regarding your question, if you've done most or everything there is to do with this game, I'm not sure if making more with a hand camera will be worth the investment of getting it. Maybe if there are other games down the line that will require it. I'm okay with it and okay without it, don't want you to overspend on gear that might have limited use right now.

I will never play an fps with a controller. He's still way better than me though.
The only advantage PC has other than the quick aiming is key bindings and being able to switch weapons much faster than consoles. FPS games are better with controllers Imo especially games like Halo and COD

@Jona arena shooters in particular just feel wrong with a controller. KBM Is like using a flight unit on Ace Combat or a fight stick on Tekken, even if Eternal was made with controller in mind the dead zones with controller stick are hard to not notice

Saw the video title and my immediate reaction was, yeah sure why not, this makes sense. Nice to see other skins for the slayer, his weapons and the UI. You made it look really easy I love it.
Regarding your question, if you've done most or everything there is to do with this game, I'm not sure if making more with a hand camera will be worth the investment of getting it. Maybe if there are other games down the line that will require it. I'm okay with it and okay without it, don't want you to overspend on gear that might have limited use right now.
