    An honest, genuine and unbiased review of Yamuna Expressway plots. I failed to understand why people are becoming crazy for these plots when they have ample opportunities in Noida and Grater Noida that too more or less at the same price. Zevar Airport and Film City are still dreams and builders are selling these dreams by escalating the prices of plots which have long way to go for development and inhabitance.

      ऐसे तो मैं भी बोल सकता हूँ की आपका भी कुछ फायदा होगा ऐसे comment डालकर, हो सकता है आप वहां प्लाट बिकते हो और आपको इस वीडियो से नुक्सान हो रहा हो।
      मैंने ये नहीं कहाँ appreciation बहुत अच्छा रहा, मैंने ये कहा की 1 साल पहले रेट कम थे मगर मीडिया द्वारा खबर फैलाने से जिन लोगों के यहाँ प्लाट थे वो अब ज्यादा पैसे मांग रहे हैं और रही बात ग्रेटर नॉएडा में 300 मीटर के प्लाट की तो आपसे ये किसने कहा की ग्रेटर नॉएडा में 2 करोड़ का प्लाट मिलेगा, 85 लाख में सिग्मा सेक्टर में प्लाट मिल जाएगा जहाँ आप कल जाकर रह सकते हो और इस जगह पर आप अगले 5 साल तक भी नहीं रह पाओगे, बाकी आपकी मर्जी।

      Mera authority mei koi bhi investment nhi hai ab tak..but market knowledge puri hai..investors ko paisa milna start ho chuka hai..maximum investors ab vhi investment karne ka soch rhe hai..kyunki aapke pass gnoida ki inventories hai toh aap ne yamuna expressway ko kharab btana shuru kar diya. Samajh sakte hain
