Yamuna Expressway authority ek sarkari organisation hai aur app sabhi ko apna application sarkari website se hi file karna hai, agar beech mei koi private website hai to ho sakta hai ki cyber fraud ho aur sarkari website mei virus se spoof kar liya ho. Sarkari department kabhi kisi private website ko beech mei nahi lata aur sari application sarkari website pe hi hoti hai.

I have few questions.
1st Why to invest in these plots as these sectors are 5 kms inside from expressway.
(Its similar to the plots which are even decreasing in value in Kp 2 and 3. )
2nd When Gaur is giving developed plots on Highway.
Why we should Consider these plot??
3rd one of my relative got 120 Sq metre of land in Tappal
At 14.68 Lakh on 2nd Aug 2022 so isnt it the govt making huge profits by inflating price. ?

Question: Can a person apply in RPS07/2023 residential plot scheme if that person has already purchased YEIDA plot in resale or from open market any time?
Answer given by YEIDA:
YEIDA project team has confirmed that "NO, that person and his/her spouse cannot apply in RPS07/2023 scheme and If that person apply in RPS07/2023 scheme, then his/her application will be rejected and registration money will be refunded after deduction the money".
In RPS07/2023 brochure, the clause is written in page no 7, point no 13 (vii)

24600× plot size, lease rent is a 10% on total cost of plot which is a separate , no extra charges are applicable on lease rent.
