    Great presentation. Well, Yeh one of the best project hai Delhi NCR ka. Yes, distance is a point. But you should also cover up the investment in industrial belt in YEIDA and Jewar Airport. Jewar Airport is going to be Asia's second largest airport. We have seen how Gurgaon has developed over the years because of its short distance with IGI airport. So YEIDA will keep flourishing with more pace, what I think.

      This means that you cannot cut a 100 yard plot and sell it in 50-50 yards, nor can you bake them by making 4 floors on one plot. You can register 1 plot in the name of only one person.

    Please Greater Noida ke secured and gated ' villa society's' parb hi review dijiye taki jo log safe and secured socities mein move karna chahte hai unki help ho jaye.
    Flats mein to gated community mil jata hai par villas mein nhi milta. Plz a humble request.

      Don't invest in this project. This is hyped project by Builder. Invest in Greater Noida or Noida. Yamuna Expressway will take time

      I already made videos on Jaypee Kensington Park which is closest sector of Noida. And other option is Ansal Golf Link 1 in Greater Noida.
