- We went to find out why going to sauna is a normal habit for most of Finns. To dive into the topic we needed to get back to the roots of sauna to understand the spiritual value it has. 🧖🏻♀️
Going to sauna is healthy for your body and mind but that is not the sole reason why sauna culture has survived hunderds of years through.
Sauna healer Laura Foon "Sauna-akka" is showing us what is the soul of sauna in Sipoonjoki heritage sauna. And what are the rituals for calling it. 💪🏻

I prefer the air-conditioning . I sweated all I wanted in construction I seen a bunch of people get out of body experience after they past out. I've set on steel beams 30 ft off the ground in 100 plus degrees Temps roasting hemorrhoids gawded inner thighs. Sweat running down your six pack abs that you didn't get in a gym. No thank you I stick to weed an cheech and Chong movie an busting a gut with laughter. But of course you can beat me with a plant full of buds I want complain.
