Love this little diver. I have the black and orange variant. Blancpain Fifty Fathoms No Rad has no hacking function at around 20x the price. Can’t say I’ve ever missed it.

Wonderful watch, and they now come with a movement that hacks.

I actually like stiffer rubber straps for their ruggedness. Keep wearing it and it will become more malleable.

it looks great but they should really have put a miyota 9015 in it.

Look’s great, but over 700$ for a watch with a Citizen 8200 series movement !? You have watches under 300$ that beat this watch on specs hands down any day, just one quick example….. Orient Kamasu for about 300$ with an in-house movement trumps this watch any day. Even the Chinese brand Steeldive or Seestern watches have better specs for under 250$. The watch should be priced anywhere between 250 and 300 dollars, not more.
Great video once more ! 👍

Hey bro, seems like you know your way to watch movements and stuff. What do you think about the limited edition Bulova Mil Ships with swiss movement? Is it worth it? Would you recommend me some good automatic watches under 2k?

@@brrbrr8822 I would go with limited edition, it runs a Swiss Sellita Sw200 an excellent movement, I would stay away from the standard edition which uses the Japanese Miyota 8000 series movement not a great movement. If I were you i would look at the Oris Aquis withe the Swiss Selitta movement, they are incredible quality for the money, I got mine for a little over 2K and I love everything about it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the Miyota 821D , wind it 40 times and place on a timegrapher. Of course if you don't have one just bad mouth the movement like you obviously. @@joeycan6801

The only thing I don’t like about this watch is the big gaps on the rubber strap because it doesn’t go straight down, I took a look at this watch in Canada it’s on sale for about C$675 which isn’t bad I think it’s down from 800 Canadian retail, I also have seven inch wrists I can’t understand the gaps under the lugs it’s like the band is fused directly against the case of the watch between the lugs. I would be swapping out that strap in a minute if I decide to buy that one probably a nice orange rubber strap would really suit it better. The hacking doesn’t really bother me too much even my cheap tactical frog with an NH35 movement hacks, But for me it’s not a dealbreaker

AU$499 is a great buy. Where did you get it?

Bought it from Starbuy. They have daily and weekly sales so you might pick it up for the same price when it comes on sale next.

I love mine but this strap is really very annoying in sleeves

Everybody talking and talking about the lack of hacking of this watch... they probably don´t know that many expensive watches do not have hacking capability, for example Omega Speedmaster.

How to BACK HACK this watch: pull out the crown all the way , slightly rotate and hold the crown between your fingers and you will see the second hand stop/ its called "Back Hacking" .
    Your welcome.

    • @antoniofortes269
      @antoniofortes269 ปีที่แล้ว

yup, this works in most of non-hackable watches... something that people will do just first 2 or 3 times when they want to check accuracy, after that nobody will give a damn for it😃

At first it is a pain, but you soon get over it. the movement itself is accurate, Love this watch.@@antoniofortes269

You forgot the most important thing - move hands backwards and than the second hand stops. There the name Back Hacking comes from.
