I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis 5 years ago but now know that I have had it for very much longer than that. The most important thing for me is to take daily exercise in places that I enjoy walking. I have several deep breathing methods and find them all very useful for expelling the mucous. This Must Be Done daily otherwise I very quickly tire and may become infected. Reading aloud is very helpful too, or having a long conversation, saving the coughing so when I am alone, of course. You can hear my husky voice struggling to speak at my TH-cam channel as I read bible chapters from the King James Version. Don't give up, do everything you can to maintain what health you have and to use what you have in a way that encourages others whatever their problem. God bless you and keep you.

Im.a copd patient.i dont know if this is emphysema or bhrochitis.i used inhaler Spiolto broncho dilator n i stop Dilatair.i always had pleghm.even i used my Meds.
