Well, in all fariness, the machines do offer English and German as well, but, yeah, sunt de acord: not a very paedagogical move for this video to use the Romanian version. Oh well. :)

Send sms to 7458 with letter C. Just that letter, only in Bucharest.
It will cost you 0.65euro for 1person, 90mins validity, all lines.
Check stbsa site for confirmation of what i wrote above.
