I like them both; however, I prefer the uncut version. I cut up a watermelon today and juiced it. I typically place the rinds in the composter; however, next time, I will share them with the birds.

My grandma always cut her rinds into little pieces and left them out for the birds. Whatever they would not eat, composted in her little garden. It was so cute, and I think about her every time I cut up the rinds of fruit.
