For those complaining about too much time on packaging. Wouldn't you want to know that it's a fake just by knowing what to look for on the box before you pay $300. I doubt you can open a sealed box to check the headphones before buying . Check the packaging first!

At the time I was recording on my iPhone 6s and it had this weird issue where the mic would make a ticking noise, oh and I was a camera noob... The best thing you can do to avoid fakes don’t buy off of eBay or sketchy sites and trying to buy only on trusted sites and if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is
Bought studio3 online , serial number is same on the box and on the headphones. Even registered the serial number on beatsbydre site. But the box says beats pure anc as you showed on the fake box. I am not sure if i got the real ones or fake. Anyone bought recently?

Looks like I got the box on the right (fakes), I paid 70$ for them so I wasn’t really expecting them to be real, I was just kinda rolling the dice (stupid move ik). But even if they are fake they don’t sound TERRIBLE. Idk lol I’m just happy something came in ha
Yes Chinese companies buy a real beats and copy that on all their beats so it says it’s registered. The only way you can really check is either by opening it and looking at the components or having a real pair next to it to see if there’s any difference.
Do the fake beats have the same W1 chip that makes pairing it easy? If so, when you connect to the fake beats, the beats headphones should pop up on screen and rotate in a circle once paired. Pls let me know 🙏

My video might've been missleading by having viewers think that all knockoffs are terrible quality. For my circumstance, the one I received was trash and I wanted to address it for those who wanted to buy the official product. Not to say that replicas can't be decent quality as far as the build and sound isolation when it comes to over ear headphones. Actually; this comment along with others similar to this is tempting me to make a video on quality knockoff products that have decent performance for a much more reasonable price. 5 and a half minutes talking about packaging OMG packaging can be faked easily. But who wears the packaging to listen to the music. It should be like 2 minutes on packaging and 5 minutes on the headphones.

On the box you can see the wireless text on the headsets are different in size, the real one has a thicker metal piece than the fakes.

You can download the Beats app, but the noise canceling doesn't work as well on Android because of software incompatibilities.
