Only Akuma I seen so far that keeps doing tatsu into nothing for demon flip setup. I saw that tech on Twitter but haven't seen anyone use it until here. Most people use sweep. Kawano basically always does dp for full damage. Really nice play variety with Akuma. Love to see it.
His counterattack game is masterful. As far as I've seen, that's the secret to his success. Pretty much all his decision making is purpose-driven to ensure you suffer a guaranteed beatdown.
It definitely depends on the character. Like For Aki and Manon, characters of the like you can see someone having long holds on being rank 1. Ken it changes a lot and Akuma it was Punk for a very long whole since he came out. Cool to see someone else finally took it. Gets more players out there if they aren't as popular

Depends on a character really. For some there's a very consistent #1 player for other characters yeah, ranks can change quite often.

Not really as even though the rank changed, the guy is still on top 10 which is still an extremely high rank
