    I grabbed The Complete SW4 GatorMouth Cut Dagger Upper for my G19X Lower. Slapped a new on sale $200 HE "Elite" 10yr warranty 407c x2 green 2moa dot. A perfect fit in the RMR Cut Dagger, nice & tight.
    It's been about a year now & I love the shake a wake, auto brightness, dimming or manual mode w/ solar. Very nice if you have an astigmatism. Beats all others. I believe Holosun may have changed the warranty but the HS was 3yr warranty compared to 10yrs with the HE or Elites.

    I notice you have switched from Sig optics to Holosun 507 comp . I would like to see you compare this to the new Sig Romeo 3 max pro. It seems Sig has made some great changes to the Max . I would personally rather give my money to Sig than to Holosun .Most my guns have Triicon SRO on them , but I have a few Sig 3 max .

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't have max pro to compare to. I have had many Max's and XLs though. I went through about 15 or 16 in about 3 years due to various issues with them. 507 comp has had zero issues so far.

    Great video and very helpful. I am not sure if you aware, but you broke the 180 when you were running to your left while shooting the stage.

      Thanks. Not sure if you can tell but the stage curves forward on the left side. I don't see an issue but thanks anyway.

    Man aside from your full auto trigger finger, your movement, draw and transitions look awesome. Just getting into USPSA, started in Feb, loving your videos. What are your thoughts on the AXG grip module with brass grips, I don’t ever see top level sig Shooter’s using those?

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. I like the axg but prefer txg for competition. Txg is heavier for balance abs control. Also has better recoil impulse imo.

    Soon as these come in stock (ideally in green) I’m gonna try and grab one. Hopefully being ever so slightly further away from the ejection port will result in less spot on the lens than my sro currently gets.

      @@isaaclockwood1839 cool. Yeah I used to play with some holosuns. Green dots are a lot more subjective than red but in my experience, it gets STUPID bright compared to red. But this has the added benefit of you can run it at lower power so that if you’re on a bay that has bright spots and dark shadows it’s a lot easier to find a happy medium where it’s bright enough for the bright spots but doesn’t bloom in the shadows.

    Great shooting! What classification do you shoot? Looking like a GM to me. The Romeo 3 Max looks pretty killer. Yeah it's a lot more $$$ but I was considering getting the Sig 320 X-five Max which comes with the Sig Romeo 3 Max. I do however have a 507Comp in Green that I really like. I think the Romeo 3 Max might be more clear with a sharper dot perhaps?

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, I am a GM. There are pros and cons to both. The glass on the R3 is better, but I've broken about 12 or so over the last 3 years. The comp has been very durable so far and the glass is not far off enough for me to notice while shooting. The price point being the biggest difference.

    Excellent videos man!.looks like my comment didn't post from earlier. My question is how do you draw so fast? What is the secret?I'm sure from practice and consistency. I used to shoot Idpa and am going to start again soon.I didn't shoot for a few years because my daughter had some health issues that needed to be addressed.It looks like your draw is under.5 when you get rolling.Mine hovered around .70 with sometimes dipping into high .5s to mid .6s.I shot idpa for about 8 years and could hang with experts and masters.I noticed the other day when I shot for the first time in a few years that I was way slower than I was when I left off.Shouldnt have made that much of a difference but maybe.I will keep going and see what happens.Are there any tips and suggestions you can offer as to how you get that super fast draw? I have always been really quick with my hands as I used to be a really good boxer.I know if you can contact same part of gun over and over when you draw is half the battle.of course repetition also.Any info on the fast draw would be great.You have some of the best videos on TH-cam for sure .Thanks again for all the knowledge you shared through all of your videos!.
