I live in Florida and I give you credit for carrying the 320 for 7 days. Although I own several I don’t carry them unless it’s in the winter. I’m a 365 Macro and Glock 48 guy
I’m in Florida and I’ve been edc-ing the canik mete sft which is pretty much the same size as the p320. I will say a more fitted shift is kinda harder but as as the shift is just slightly bigger around the mid section it’s pretty easy to pull off… just all depend don’t the entire setup but it can be done.
I do the same in reference to moving the belt buckle to the left side for less bulkness. I use the Supreme Appendix Carry Belt by Nexbelt, easy to adjust while out and about. My setup-P365XM, TLR-7A and Holosun EPS CARRY Green MRS + extra mag. Great video!
I'm 5'4 160lbs The X compact grip module with the compact slide is a decent p320 carry gun for a smaller framed person. It's my current AIWB carry gun. I run it pretty bare bones with no comp and a TLR7A. I ran a comp for a while on a full-size glock and found it a lot less manageable as a daily carry gun compared to my other carry guns like my m&p compact and p320 compact.
I carry a full size gun every day, including a P320 in the winter. I suggest checking out the PHLster Enigma for working out (when not working out, I carry with the PHLster Floodlight). I've done sprinting, kettlebell swings, Muai Thai bag work (including kicks and knees), and more. I mostly don't even notice the Enigma, unless I'm really bending hard at the waist, such as when I'm stretching or maybe tying my shoes. The good thing about the full-size P320 is I can put a compact frame on it to make it a little more concealable. It's rather wide (wider than my Glock 20!) but that doesn't seem to be something that impacts concealment that much.
I have carried an M9A3 every day since Jan 2022. Most of that was IWB, when i got it my main client was a school and i really wanted it to be a subtle as possible. My kydex IWB died early this year as i am very hard on clothing and tools and i moved to an OWB leather. Never been happier, there were many of those little irritations you mentioned IWB and some big problems Ie: The muzzle delaminated my TFL from constant prodding as i couldn't stand appendix . I'm not the biggest guy at spot on 6ft and carrying a full size EDC like this is definitely pushing it for me, unfortunately one of the many issues in my country is licensing so when one makes a choice on a firearm, thats you for a good while.
I just bought this gun, i love the gun it's reliable i haven't had any jams i shot about 400 rounds in 1 day with it, and it didn't jam once. Al the things you mention is important, but the most for me is if i have to save my life with this gun and get into some gun fight, i want my gun to be reliable and know i'm not going to have to fix a jam or malfunction because that above all you mentioned, can be the difference between you losing this gunfight and winning it. if your gun jams on you that takes a ton of time to recover from, first you have to figure out what the problem is in order to address it and that alone could be enough time for the person trying to shoot you to take you down before you can get back into action. So that is #1 priority for me, and the SIG P320 is amazing with that it's 100% reliability.. For years i been carrying the Taurus PT99 and that is a large gun as well and also 100% reliable and so that was always my go to Gun to carry.. But for a change in pace and all, i think the Sig P320 is just as good and in some ways easier to carry and handle in your had it doesn't weigh as much as the PT99 which is 9MM this Sig P320 have is a 40 Cal and so, i'm impressed with it.. I would say this is a great gun to carry it's similar to the Glock 23 which i have owned for but sold it. Yes I have to say The Sig P320 is an amazing Carry gun and also to keep around the house in your bedroom for home defense..
I ended up buying a Dynamis Alliance 1.5" LOPRO belt, which works very well. I have tried the Kore, Blue Alpha, and the included belt that comes with the Arrowhead Tactical sweats. The Blue Alpha is good, very simple. The Kore is extremely stiff for edc, and the adjustable buckle is heavy and hurts to ride offset. The Arrowhead belt buckle is very large and came unbuckled multiple times. Now, my go to is the Dynamis LOPRO. It's stiff enough but has the right amount of give. If you are looking for a great elastic belt, I randomly found a Kühl Resistor Belt, which is perfect for a G19 Sidecar setup. It's not a good belt for a P320 because of the weight.
Thankfully I'm a big guy. Never had an issue carrying my X-Full. Obviously the X-Carry was a bit more comfortable due to length but I loved them both. 😢🕊️
I carry the Sig P320 DH3 everyday IWB using the TRexarms sidecar holster and it is very comfortable. I’m 6’1 188lbs. I carry it in the Texas summers and winters all year round. My favorite gun.
Major Lutie is my home gym setup as well. My home defense pistol is also similar to your edc choice in this video, Spectre Comp converted to your HC320XL. Thing shoots like a dream. Down the road I might try T1C for winter concealed carry, I have one of their appendix holsters for my P-09 that I’m happy with.
Haven’t you heard? The P320 will go off if it’s hot outside, or if it’s cold, or if you look at it wrong, or if you sneeze, and especially if you’re law-enforcement.
I found the OWB isn't as good with my Glock 30 which is really a heavy pistol. The IWB is a great holster. I tried a We the People with the claw which was ok but the claw moved around. There are just too many to choose from. You just have to try until you find one you like. Videos like yours help people with their decisions. Thank you. Take care, Be safe.
So much noise over the discharges. I own 2 320s, I installed aftermarket safety triggers on both, neither has a manual safety, don’t have any concerns with the safety of this weapon.
@@maybe5883 it’s improper use of holsters as far as I’ve seen online, using a holster not designed for the 320 plus with the light trigger pull usually ends badly as stuff gets into the trigger guard causing a problem
@@misteraustralian3335yeah that usually happens when one pulls the trigger on a loaded firearm… haha. Point being, that situation actually occurred, and they went after Sig Sauer for it. Then people talk about it on the internet and think the gun is broken. I EDC a 320 AXG loaded with 17 round mag for flush fit with extra 21 round mag using the trex arms conceal holster. I definitely want to try the @tier1 holster though
I got a m&p 40 full size with a tlr-1 and Youd be surprised at just how easy it is to conceal carry WITH the right holster. I carry my 40 in a bravo concealment holster, I also carry a Glock 48 which was just in a cheap amazon holster and the 48 actually printed more. I now have a wing with my 48 and helped a ton, Just goes to show its sometimes all in the setup
I am similar size and weight and I carry this but with a trex arms sidecar and tlr1. Also a compact frame with a magwell but it’s been over a year and no complaints. You can shave the beaver tail about 1/4 inch and it rides better when you sit
I've carried a P320 Compact with zero problems. The way you configured that pistol makes a HUGE difference, and it might be easier to carry a Glock 19 Roland Special! Lose the Comp, put a Compact Grip on it, a swap that Streamlight TLR-1 HL for a TLR-7A, and it will be MUCH EASIER to carry!
Here in GA. We are in the 95-100 degree weather and I’ve been carrying that set up except it’s the xCarry and HA320 with a 508t and no Magwell. Appendix and 3oClock and it’s easy peasy for me. I’m a bigger guy so I’ve always carried bigger guns easier than the micros. Kore / Nextbelts and TC1 holsters make it easy
I carry an Sig P320 M18, red dot, with Safariland mag caddy, summer, medium t-shirt. I also carry a Glock 19 with Ramjet + Afterburner, tungsten guide rod, red dot in T1 Axis Elite. I use a Hunter Constantine carry belt. I wouldn’t want to carry a smaller gun. I’m 6ft, 176 lbs.
I give you props for being brave enough to carry the P320 in the appendix position at all. I'd like my junk to remain free of hollow point-induced gaping holes.
Sig was only drop incompetent fir the first Gen fcu they have fixed that issue now it has same issues as glock when one is up top and pulled from the holster wrong and trigger is pulled it will go off
I'd love to see another version of this soon with the new P365 Fuse since it comes with 3 mags. 2 21 rounders and a 17 round flush fit and the 4.3 inch barrel. Still I'll give you credit for carrying it on body IWB. Not something I'd ever do with a p320 even the carry or compact ones.
X-vtac is a beauty gun, and it doesn’t shoot by itself, I confirmed it cause in Az I been riding the electric scooter at night and I fell down like 3 time but super hard on the ground while in chamber, nothing happened, Thanks GOD
I run a P320 RXP compact with a separate mag carrier. I have mag print issues more than anything. Small frame I wear baggy clothing with a busy shirt. I mean, it does show sometimes, but use to it.
I built the comped 320 as well. With an extra mag and the Icarus Precision Socom Full, it is a big ass piece of gun. I love the gun, but I end up carrying my MR920 in a Sidecar 1.0 or 2.0 90% of the time.
SO 😂lol, I currently carry a P320/M17, so the longer slide than P/320/M18. I have a wonderful holster from Blacklist Concealment, I do either a 3 or 4 o’clock position carry, and it’s extremely comfortable for me, I carry one spare mag in a separate mag carrier, either left of my body or right in front of holster, depending on how I feel that day, it is the main gun I’ve carried for a while now and it’s been very good to me
Noway, i could pull that off . I'm 5' 11" 185 with 9 to 10 percent body fat. I wish, lol. But that being said, awesome setup. Stay safe, and God Bless.
I am a bit heavier 200 and 6 ft I run a p10F which is a 19 plus one round handgun. A t-shirt is hard I usually rock a bottom up. I like fishing type or linen material as they are cooler almost better than a performance t.
I own a Sig P320 (and M17), but I don't know if I'm brave enough to do appendix carry with it. Even though my Sig P320 Carry has had the "optional" trigger job done, I still don't trust it enough for appendix carry - it has become more of range gun for me.
I’m 5’7/190. I carry the p320 xCompact with a TLR 7x tac light. I carry at the 5:00 position with a leather OWB holster, from “Craft Holsters”. Very comfortable!
@@jlinka79 big difference between 6’0” at 165 and 5’anything” at 165 but I understand what your saying. I, however, do care for many reasons. I can’t see myself using anything bigger than my axg legion or maybe a S&W M&P as my edc. Maybe after this bulk and I have some more weight on me.
It’s not that bad. Just a preference thing tbh. I’m 6’1 155lbs (runners body, I run marathons) and I edc a p320 full with a TLR-1 HL light, red dot on top, TR1 sidecar appendix carry holster. I honestly prefer the feeling of the firearm. I personally don’t understand why people want it to feel like the gun isn’t there to begin with. Probably should be consciously aware of the loaded firearm in your pants at all times lol.. I have friends who have smaller guns like the g19, p365, and both of them “carry” in a backpack or fanny pack, which is completely contradictory and honestly quite stupid
@@ChiefLunar true. The day I figure out how to actually conceal a full size without everyone knowing I have it on me is definitely the day I make the switch.
@@TheTDawson1 I hear you on that. Maybe give it another try. The only thing that works for me is a quality sidecar holster. I use the Tier 1 concealed APX one. It’s pricey, but the modularity is awesome and then you can just apply a wedge if needed as well. Idk what your clothing style is but I always wear baggy, dark colored shirts. I’m in Arizona where it’s hot as hell all the time too haha, so I just wear shorts and a t shirt. But yeah the sidecar holster really makes the difference I think. Get it nice and close to your Willy!
Maybe try the Alien gear 3.5 Cloak IWB just off center. I have the Wilson combat Sig 320x that fits and conceals great. I use the mag carrier on the opposite side which balances it out were it doesn’t really print. I mostly carry my Glock 48 mos with the Alien gear 3.5 Cloak which doesn’t print. I've had my 320 for probably 4 months now I amedix carry to let something that happened how long ago months maybe a year which it was a small number not most can it happen yea to any gun
14:37 ah yes just point a loaded gun at your children. Invest in an offhand light please people. During a high stress situation you are more likely to make a mistake. An offhand light will disorient the target enough while giving you PID without having to point a gun at your loved ones.
Average male is about 5’9” and 195ish. I am the same hight and weight as you but I am 50 and my waste has gotten soft. Not pot-bellied. Just soft. Appendix doesn’t sit as well when you no longer have a flat stomach.
Very interesting and bold choice for a early episode, picking a pistol chassis that is so changeable from the X-5 to the compact.. the p320 wouldn't be my first pick. With the amount of possibilities of setup, I'd save that for a controversial episode. Any thoughts on establishing this series with more standard (not a many options) size frame. Anything glock, beretta, M&P2.0, or even CZ.
good video except I have to add one thing. the only way this is possible is if the individual has an absolutely flat waste area. I’m not fat by any means, worked out my entire life. But when you get to be over 40, no matter how much you try to work out, most individuals will start to develop somewhat of a dad bod. In other words, there is in angle as you come up the front of the thighs to the abdomen. this pushes the upper portion of the pistol from the rear site to the bottom of the grip out away from the body making it impossible to conceal. Needless to say printing is an understatement.
Unless you're a sasquatch sized person, P320x Full Size (4.7" barrel) is a no go. The obvious thing to do if you insist on carrying a P320, is to move the FCU over to a P320x Carry (3.9" barrel) or compact (3.6 barrel").
I’m still hoping that Sig releases a 3.9” version of the XCompact one day (that isn’t the Spectre model). It doesn’t make any sense to have a 3.6” XCompact when the P365XL and XMacro exist. The balance and shootability of the standard P320 Compact feels much better than the 3.6” XCompact. It sucks that once you get a P320 Compact and change out the grip, trigger, sights, and possibly get an optics cut that is usually found on Sig’s P320 X-Series of pistols, it becomes way too expensive.
The Sig P320 X-Compact was released in January of 2019 six months Before the release of the P365XL and more than 3 years Before the P365X Macro was released in August of 2022.
See I’m 6’2 and an athletic 237lbs. I have a Spectre Comp (swapped factory comp for HC320XL) with an X-300U and DPP. It’s massive and I’m hesitant to pay $100 for an IWB holster that might print like a boner in church.
@Sinsofcarolina it really depends. I have wide hip bones and I basically have zero print. I use a t1c xiphos elite w/x300. A good and holster combo is a must in my experience with big guns
To be fair that is not a stock P320... That is reasonably high end pistol, probably a P320 Legion with a Parker Mountain Machining kit. Not Staccato or Atlas, but high end nonetheless...
30+ plus years packing a 92FS appendix carry. Absolutely no problem. Its footprint is way smaller and lighter than your setup. I'd suggest you shitcan all that stuff. The secret? Get a good gunbelt!!!! It's the belt, not the gun, that makes the difference.
I will never carry a Sig again. The QC is crap, and there are just too many other “better” options today to waste time with a gun that is as likely to fail or discharge a round without pulling the trigger as it is to work reliably. I don’t know why anyone would trust Sig today, especially its striker fire line.
Why carry a light on a pistol you're carrying around during the day? You aren't going to be doing room sweeps in a dark warehouse - come on - I think this is just ridiculous
There are plenty of dark buildings some go in and out of depending on where you work also can include dark places. I get it though I carried to 10 plus years no wml know I am moving to all most set ups having a wml.

Might as well just sell it to someone who’s willing to edc it then lol. It’s safe man quit falling for internet bait
Amazing 😊
I’m 5’7/190. I carry the p320 xCompact with a TLR 7x tac light. I carry at the 5:00 position with a leather OWB holster, from “Craft Holsters”. Very comfortable!
Separate holster and mag holder is better than connected imo... heck i appendix carry a red dot on a p226.
Not a fan of how wide tier 1 makes top of holsters they say its for re holster but id rather go slower re holstering than a wider holster.
where can i find such kinf of thing for GLOCK 17 GEN5 plesase ? Thanks for your video
How are the PSA Dagger comps way more expensive than Sigs comps?
I carry a SIGP320 with a TLR1 and glock 17 with LTR1 too no problems
Damn not just a fullsize but a flares magwell as well
Weight definitely matters. I’m 6’0” as well but only weigh 165 and I can’t even dream about using a full size as an EDC unless I’m wearing layers.
Good luck,
Take care,
Be safe.
I have a similar "Do everything" setup except I have the M&P spec series, 23 rd spare mag with the tier one.....probably just as heavy tho 😅
Very nice video, great information. How about walther pdp 4.5 review?
Got my first ccw and qas p320 m18 changed trigger guide rod and grip and I love it I got lucky and it was manufactured like last year so its safe as can be.. it runs all ammo from 115 to 147 and only issue ive ever had and was most likley user error was the slide not locking back on last rou d happened to me twice but it was my grip turns out other then that she runs I love mine I do have thw xcarry grip though and is pretty bulky so been looking at other grips but not sure
I've had my 320 for probably 4 months now I amedix carry to let something that happened how long ago months maybe a year which it was a small number not most can it happen yea to any gun
Can you talk about the BERSA BP9CC made in Argentina ?
I'm looking for it like this for the P365-AXG Legion! Any reference that helps me I would appreciate it!! Thank you!!!🤠!!
Does the 320 you were carrying have a gas pedal? If so does it fit with the T1 holster?
what's the name of this bumper (mag extension) for the mag?
Can someone link the holster? I found the website but not sure as the specter comp is listed on options.
Can anyone tell me what specific holster he’s using I’m in the tier one Website and wondering what will fit my sig p320 Spector comp?
Have you done this video set with 320C/M18?
Ohhh I like this series. Please do a Glock 45 and p365 x macro
The WilsonCombat Grip conceals a bit better.
Could you please do one with the p365 fuse? It just came out
I want to buy holster but i leave in thailand.
What's the Tier1 holster specs?
You can keep your gun from corroding with silicone wipes
Unless you're a sasquatch sized person, P320x Full Size (4.7" barrel) is a no go. The obvious thing to do if you insist on carrying a P320, is to move the FCU over to a P320x Carry (3.9" barrel) or compact (3.6 barrel").
I'm 5' 9" and I carry a P226
I’m 5’3” 170 pounds and I can carry/conceal Walther pdp 5inch with tlr1 easy
Tier 1 over trex?
Carry a 320 with a txg module, norsso 3.9 slide, and a herringtonarms hc320. But i am 6'3 205 so big guns arnt a problem for me
See I’m 6’2 and an athletic 237lbs.
@@hunteroswalt7951 thanks for the recommendation I’ll have check this out. I shoot 320s very well so it would be nice to carry
Looks like it’s the x5 which is huge . Flared mag well , HUGE . Not a CC at all in my opinion.
Which p320 is this?
I also like to live dangerously
I love my P320 for a nightstand gun... no way I would point a P320 in a holster at the goods.
To be fair that is not a stock P320... That is reasonably high end pistol, probably a P320 Legion with a Parker Mountain Machining kit. Not Staccato or Atlas, but high end nonetheless...
Comped with a light too ? Bruh
Seriously try the Alien gear 3.5 Cloak IWB.
Yep aliengear is way better
Why carry it in front of pants.🥺🤔
30+ plus years packing a 92FS appendix carry. Absolutely no problem. Its footprint is way smaller and lighter than your setup. I'd suggest you shitcan all that stuff. The secret? Get a good gunbelt!!!! It's the belt, not the gun, that makes the difference.
Imagine if you lived in a country where you weren't so scared and brainwashed that you didn't have to carry a gun just to feel safe and tough
I will never carry a Sig again. The QC is crap, and there are just too many other “better” options today to waste time with a gun that is as likely to fail or discharge a round without pulling the trigger as it is to work reliably. I don’t know why anyone would trust Sig today, especially its striker fire line.
I hate sig handgun but I like sig rifle
Fair enough
Do people normally not?? I all of my setups are about this size, I've gotten pretty comfortable with it.
Idc what anyone says. Carrying that massive rig all day is in no way shape or form comfortable whatsoever
Did it discharge in your holster? Did it discharge when you dropped it? Did the frame break when in normal use? Was it recalled again by Sig?
Funny. I've had my p320 for seven years and carry it everyday as my duty gun and have never had any problems with it of any kind.
Did your Glock give you Glock leg?
Are you stunted mentally?
A whole 7 days! Wow! This proves people don’t carry like they say they do
🤡
Orrrrr you can just open carry the P320?? Lol
I carried it appendix for 3 years. No problems. Stop being weak.
glock 45 mos next
Only 7 days 😆😆
If you need to carry during workout, you probably shouldn't have a gun anyway. Psychiatric evaluation should exclude you from it.
@mrfunkington
This comment proves you don’t carry
@@Fordgroup00you seem very invested in telling people they don’t carry. Multiple comments lol. 🤡
Cause if you’re gonna need a light at some point… might as well keep the setup that way.
@@joeymedina7115
So if you’re in an office building and it goes pitch black you’re gonna pull out your weapon-mounted flashlight to get out??? Come on now
Nah, fuck that. I took my 320 xcompact and immediately sold it. I want nothing to do with any striker Sigs again.
Wish I would’ve bought yours. Probably could’ve gotten it half the price I got mine for 😂
And on the 8th day, it went off
