  • I am Chef Giuseppe, and I wanted to share with you an example of my recipes for the new modern Mediterranean diet that I cooked today.
    This is a fun meal bowl built on healthy brown rice, kidney beans, romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, blue cheese parsley, and seasoned with an EVOO dressing with white vinegar and a drop of balsamic. It is then topped with marinated beef tips, sauteed quickly!
    This is also a great lunch to take to work or school. Add half a small apple, and you are good to go for a healthy eating lifestyle!
