There's storage space in the center console armrest. On the C-HR I have tried you can open the lid. Looks in the video like there is an opening handle at the front bottom of the armrest. Yes?

Complains there’s not even room for her sunnies...
Gives it a 7/10 for a “family rating”

    number 5 -
your kids cant open the back door themselves because it's too high for them to reach on their own!

The car has Bluetooth. Ergo, my phone stays in my bag for every journey. Two, my "sunnies" live on my face, or in the door pocket. I only need one drink at a time for long journeys. Three, rear space, visibility and air vents only matter if you're carrying rear seat passengers (and they're fussy). Climate control does reach the back you know. I actually hate getting taxis and having freezing cold air blowing on me.
I've had mine over a year. And, can't stop looking at it every time I walk away and towards it.
Infotainment wasn't mentioned. It is a bit slow, especially if you want to put in coordinates in the GPS before driving away.
My Toyota site allows you to send directions to the car, but you have to remember the address as when you are saving it one your phone, or on the site, you can't rename it.

Just took one for a drive. It is a nice car. The Koba has plenty of gadgets and features. It drives well, zippy for the size. The back seat is quite spacious. It has plenty of leg room for two adults. Three adults will be tight.
My other half is buying the AWD Koba.

Great review! I agree with you about the no back air vents. My 20 Chrysler I am replacing had those but besides that my family and I LOVE this car! As far as the limited visibility in the back seat I just tell my little girl she is save from prying eyes. Here in the US, we just bought a 2019 C-HR XLE in a beautiful 2 tone paint color. It is the mid level trim for us. We love the look of this car and the 2 things that really sold us on the car was (1) the legendary Toyota quality and (2) all the amazing safety features. Simply put we wanted a car that would outlast its warranty and Toyotas are famous for that and our C-HR has safety features that are only available on cars costing thousands of dollars more. We don't have the turbo engine here but we do have the 2.0L 4 cylinder engine good for 144hp and 139 pounds of torque. It a pretty good engine that gets great gas mileage and "Sport" mode does a really good job of making the most of this engine and really does make it feel sporty. A sports car it is not but that is not why we bought it. I don't know if this is true in Australia but here in the US we have the option of Toyota TRD parts to enhance the engine and the performance of the car. I will definitely be adding those options to our car to maximize its sporty nature while at the same time not voiding my warranty. Again we love this car and when I look at it in my driveway it is like I brought the car show home with me :)

If you want to put your keys, phone, purse, sunglasses etc....somewhere, lift up the centre console....its as deep as a bucket 😂

Not sure about where you are in the world but here in the UK the centre armrest opens and has loads of storage space

Furnier69 i dont know that she was aware of it , toypta`s usually have a centre arm rest that is latched at the front , even the old soarers had the same , and some models have double enclosures with a deeper one below a secondary lid . .

Thanks Nadahl, this was a down to earth report from a person that faces moving kids every day. Hope you do more reports. I admit I was attracted by your appearance initially but your information and style were what carried me to the end of the video. Hope the producers don't keep you just for SUV's. Perhaps an MX5 or a Boxter report?

Idiotic negative comments below aside, pity the rear door handles weren't featured... could have been the missing #5? Keep up the good work!

In Taiwan it has different wheels and a small 1.2cc turbo engine. I would buy this vehicle if I had engine options and wheel options available to me.

So how about You read the manual, because of the Center Console opens up with a huge space and a charging port.

Looks quite safe and reliable for family. But, with the turbo, and modification, it is great for younger gen, too!

Stop Telling everybody that SUVs are the best familycars, because they are not and they Will Never be as good as a van Or a Wagon!

    • @toyotabrony
      @toyotabrony 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Timmy Picton honestly I will agree that I would not say it’s the best car. The Toyota company is the best one, but I would say Toyota makes one of sweet lookin C-HR. And u never know man, it might be the best one as close as vans and wagons.👊🏼

Toyota sells the Tarago (Previa) in Australia, which is great for larger families. The Prius V is a much better small family car than this which has an awful rear seat and a tiny boot.

This might be my next car. It handles well, it will be welcome in the cities for a long time (not a diesel) and it can handle rough roads also.
