31 family man, considering the HYBRID, will I get bored easily. Driving a 170 bhp alfa at the minute. Drove the chr on a test drive. Drives great sooo comfy
ricky finlay I have this car and the petrol kicks in when you accelerate harder at times it uses both electric and petrol, there is a dial where it tells you if you're using petrol, electric, if wheels are charging the car or if petrol charging I get around 57mpg on average

The Player i do not agree. For several reasons. At the backseats, you have less space. The starting price of the 1.0motor, is very expensive. You’ll have to pay more, of you want a little bit of luxery. Its madness. As for the driving experience, the toyota seemed more responsive and the seats are great. As for the t-roc, I didn’t like the comfort of seats. The review was great thanx

Oh how nice to hear a fair review! Since I'm planning on getting one, just a little question. As you said people complain about this and that, I read a lot of comments about motor being noisy when you accelerate. Some say "unbearable". I drive a lot on highways, once or twice very long distances (vacation for example from one country to another) What would you say about that?
Hi Ivana. The right choice would be tyres and wheel size this will make a lot of difference. The lower the profile the more noise and the larger the rim size makes a big difference.
@@AJThePlayerTH-camChannel Oh I meant the engine noise, as well as understood due to the CVT transmission. The lack of power was mentioned too. So these 2 issues were mentioned almost in every review I read. What do you think about it?
Thank you for your review. Are blind spots an issue? If you look behind to check what is coming, the view is obscured because of the structure of the back of the car.
Isnt 1.2 turbo Petrol better then hybrid version because I've heard hybrid drives eco full electric under 50kmh and then when you go above that it starts using petrol and on that switch you hear some loud noise like you pushed the gas too the end, they say it's a hybrid thing, it's true????
I dont recall hearing anything out of the ordinary, however, we tested the car over six months ago. We havent tested a petrol only version so I couldnt give you any useful feedback
The foot rest in the CHR is pathetic for an automatic u need a good wide foot rest. I’d say it’s 3 inches wide. As for the the CVT gear box u would need ear 👂 plugs awful sound.

Best I’ve had is 75 mpg but average is around 60 mpg . No problem with the back, but I don’t go there, age thing, all around a very cool car

It's a great car friendly to young families but no to families with babies that require child seats
