Good height on this figure. Love the shades of blue and black on Beast and the feral look to him is quite nice and different. Good detailing on his fur being layered in different directions. An intellectual looking second Beast head would have been nice but the figure is still quite impressive. Pretty good articulation. You are the best Spot! Thanks!

Was waiting for spot's take on this one, i really dig the paint apps on this one different shades of blue going throughout, although i think it would have been real nice if they included a well mannered possibly glasses head with beast cause that is an iconic look, would have perfected this already great piece imo.
This is a very impressive looking Beast figure. The face and body sculpt are done quite nicely. The paint is very clean when it comes to the face and body. However, the yellow paint on the belt is sloppy. The paint on the trunks hasn't been completely painted. The handle bars that peg into the walls are way too lose. Other than those issues, this is a really nice figure. Thanks as always Spot for another great video. I really appreciate it!
The side of the trunks does seem that were meant to be black and they left it unpainted. I have been curious to get this one, if I do I think I might paint that black
I prefer Selects over Legends as well. I think DST gives great value for the money. Legends, however, does make more varied characters, but you can't beat Select for the "big boy" ones like Juggernaut and Abomination.
Your reasoning for liking MS over ML is interesting. I actually like the cohesiveness of MLs and it doesn't bother me that they look alike. In fact, I don't like MS as much because of how different they look. They don't feel like they are part of the same line.
I would say that Marvel Select's greatest strength, the different sculpts for every character, is also their greatest weakness. At least with all of your Legends, you know what you're getting into articulation and size-wise, whereas with Select figures, you never know what kind of wacky articulation they're going to try and use or how big different figures are going to look compared to each other. It makes for ambitious, yet unfortunately wildly inconsistent figures.
I LOVE this figure... I recently bought it from Amazon only for it to arrive broken... all the others I have found are ridiculously over-priced. The legs were slightly melted and the hands were warped, I didn't even get my damned money back. It's a real shame that I'll have to wait a year or two until I can get a none ridiculously priced Beast. (Yes, I did buy it "never opened in the box new")

una pregunta... hay una marca que se llama marvel select pero vi una figura que decia movies select?? cual es la diferencia (basado en el mark 43) la comparacion o solo es un error de impresion ya que creo no salio el mark 43 para marvel select osea, las 2 son piratas?? ayuda porfavor

Excellent video I've passed on this a few times love the display can be used for other figures. Might have to reconsider.

Awesome Beast from marvel Select. But the headsculpt and toe articulation of the upcoming marvel legends Beast (Caliban wave) looks competitive.

yeah, unfortunately marvel legends are always the same body molds and same weapons. however I love the new beast they got coming soon.

You should check out Marvel Legends new Beast, due to his new body sculpt and incredibly articulated.
Love this figure. The only thing I dislike is the scale. Feels to big for this charcter to fudge in with the ML xmen.
