Oven 160℃ 20 minutes
✨For butter, we recommend Anchor, Izuni, and Presidung products.
✨Corn starch must be added for a crumbly texture.
✨You need to whip the butter sufficiently to make soft cookies.
Be sure to whip for at least 5 minutes before adding the sugar powder and at least 5 minutes after adding it!
