His family is so supportive, they just need to stop comparing him to his twin.
Yes I totally agree. I didn't like that either. He's his own person. Why compare constantly?, which makes him do the same and probably feel less than.
and stop referring to him as an abnormality!
Exactly, they are fraternal twins regardless of bio aspect of it all. I actually think he looks more like his mom when it comes to the eye shape. Definitely looks handsome and face is glowing most likely to him being able to get enough oxygen to his body for the blood to circulate properly to the pigment of his skin.
Idk I felt the questions asked were so leading to having to answer in that way specifically
“I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. Wish it was a party bus”.
I love this man. It’s lovely to see someone truly deserving get a new life.
Dude made my day. I havent lol'ed in over a week till he let out that gem 😂❤😊
I feel a bit sorry for his wife, when he did the big reveal you could see she was having a hard time accepting his new face. She really loves him.
I just looked them up, he apparently left her
well that sucks =/
@@valoriebeeckman7092
@@valoriebeeckman7092bruh
It might have been the make up they put on him. If my husband appeared with make up on, I'd do a double take too lol
@valoriebeeckman7092 Where did you hear that? They were still together 3 years later, she's mentioned in the follow up. He had another surgery after the tip of his nose collapsed so he could breath again.
Nate is so selfless! He is only worried about how his looks will affect his sons being bullied. This man is a SAINT. There are many so-called “gorgeous” guys out there, with not even half the heart, wisdom and bravery than Nate has…
His wife is so lovely and supportive. They are beautiful inside and out.
@@GiftSparks 😂awe, so sweet
His sense of humor and heart were beautiful to see.
Is that really a good lesson to teach your kids…? Not saying he is a bad person but that doesn’t solve much
The wife seems concerned even after the surgery. Wonder what was bothering her? He looks good & he still looks like himself. It wasn't too radical a change. Good to hear that he can breathe better. The eyes look like he's rested.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that noticed
You could see her almost pull away when they hugged
I’m sure it’s a huge shock for everyone even himself. For her I think so much of it all was fear and concern. The last part with her pulling back could of been this tough country man is wearing makeup not dressed the same. Could of also her wanting to have a better look at him. All I saw was so much love but a huge amount of worry and fear. Also we don’t know the full story he could still be in a lot of pain and she just didn’t want to hurt him. But hey I could be totally wrong and blowing smoke up a tree. Cheers 🇦🇺
I came to the comments cause I noticed it too. Maybe it was a lot of change for her to take in?
she might think he looks worse than before
The side-eye from that cow while they were milking it lol
Ikr! 😅😅😅
That was hilarious! I was cracking up... 🤣😂🤣
She was like, one wrong move and I'll kick your brains out 😂
😅😅
Literally was searching for this comment 😂
considering his deformities I think he looks handsome in a unique way...how he carries himself and his attitude makes him attractive.....I hope wifey is down with it sounds like they're gonna change his look alot n she fell in love with the original version
I agree I kinda of liked his hard rocker style from beforehand with the longer sideburns and haircut. Yet I can see how happy he is with the results and that is very cool.🙏💕🙏💕
Me too!❤
@christienelson1437 Sideburns? It's literally just hair...you act like they were surgically removed, and can't grow back. That is the least contributing factor to "changing his look a lot".
Totally agree!
Totally agree
Like many others have expressed, it is so nice to see reconstructive/corrective surgery done to help somebody look ‘normal’ and not a normal person seeking vanity surgery.
Loving the fact Nate, is seen as the “disfigured guy” yet he unlike his brother, is the one who married and has kids! Good on you buddy! Go Nate!!!💪🏽
The brother is gay
His brother is gay
He wasn’t bad looking before surgery and now he’s very handsome. I’m happy he finally found the right surgeons that know what they’re doing.
...are you kidding?
Huh? He honestly looked better on the before side, you can't even tell what they did on the right, but it doesn't look better imo.
I liked him before. The new nose looks nothing like the digital image. I think the cheekbones were raised too much🤷🏿♀️
@@ifonlyicaredI think it's a bit early and the face will settle and look more natural over timr
Imagine a world in which people could see our hearts first and not our physical bodies. 😟
I think his heart shines through
Agreed but most of the time, especially once we're adults, it's the person themself that has issues with acceptance. Other people usually don't care that much. It's often a self love thing
That's called Fantasy and yes, wouldn't that be nice. That's why I read books because the real world kinda sucks.
What a wonderful world 🌎 ❤ this would be 😊
That's Heaven. I'm going there ASAP. Rapture soon! Y'all come along!!
Oh I’m so glad Nate can breath better! I’ve had to have my face replaced from an accident. I was 16 years old now I’m 71, still have minor issues but I know it could be a lot worse, I’m so happy for him!❤❤
what surgery did you have? if you're alright asking
My mother was born with a very distinctive port wine birthmark covering her face. She had parts of it removed as a child, but over the bridge of her nose and across one of her cheeks, the birthmark remains.
When I was a child, I used to get very protective of her because people stare at her in public, but I never got teased for it. It’s a beautiful birthmark that makes her look very unique and my eyes.
This show is from 2016. It was an awesome show that depicted the positive side of plastic surgery. Hope they bring it back and make a season 2
Nate seems like a really nice guy with a good sense of humor. He deserves this!
Unfortunately divorced his wife when she found out that she was really sick disable leaving her after she found out
That conversation at the end between him and his mom, being so supportive and loving, brought me to tears! ❤ Wishing him, his family, and his medical team the best ❤
You can tell how much time passed from the initial meeting to the reveal based on their kid. I wonder if it’s weird to have to pretend to be surprised for the reveal
The havr kids* plural
Nassif and dubrow are so funny together, they look like brothers
They are so kind and respectful, wish more doctors are like that
There's not an ounce of pretense in either of these good guy doctors.
They look like brothers because they both did so much work on their own faces.
They look like brothers because they both did so much work on their own faces.
They look like brothers because they both did so much work on their own faces.
They look like brothers because they both did so much work on their own faces.
$2,000,000 for his surgeries is outrageous.
Is it me or did his wife look unhappy at his reveal
Yeah, I thought the same about the wife
She looked even worse at the picnic. 🫤
She said it was really rough on her and the kids.
These two doctors are nothing short of miracle workers! TOTALLY AMAZING!!! Thank you both for taking such good care of this young man!!! I love this family ! You can feel their love, support, and strength!!!
Nate is so cute no matter what. His soul just shines through.
Some ppl would say "you need to accept yourself" but one can't know the important that is to feel and see yourself more normal, and in cases like this, i can understand him how he wants to look more normal and feel handsome. It's not vanity it's a right.
Sometimes ppl don't don't value how fortunate they are to be completely normal, but they want to have crazy surgeries, when they already are pretty, and healthy.
❤
Anyone else catch Nate saying to his wife at the end in the park for the ‘big reveal’ say, ‘thanks for being here,” followed by a limp, loose hug with not much interaction? Are they separated or something? Compared to how she was and how they were as a couple before the surgery, she seems detached and cold. Well, they both do towards each other. He embraced everyone else before her and then thanked her for being there! Why?? Something felt off there… I hope Im wrong and that I’m just seeing something and reading it wrong but it definitely seemed a bit weird to me… 🤷🏻♀️
I caught all of that too.
He needed another nose surgery from the doctors 3 years later and they were still together.
Having had facial surgery due to an accident left me with a beautiful face, but it wasn't MY face. Perfect is good, but it nothing beats having those little imperfections that make you YOU. It takes time, for everyone to adjust.
The hug before surgery was weird as well. Maybe they don't hug much? Some couples are just not lovey-dovey and especially with PDA.
Everyone just seemed really awkward in front of the cameras. It’s super staged and that would make me feel really really awkward, too.
I literally cried 2 minutes in. I know how mean kids can be and i can't even imagine what he had to go through back then and then being reminded by people by them staring as soon as he walks outside. I am so happy that he's happy with the results and and i hope that he can feel more comfortable with himself.
That was really amazing. His nose and being able to breathe has to be such a blessing. The cosmetic changes were incredible as well. But he definitely seems like just one of life’s gems. He seems like a great guy. So happy he got an outcome he was finally happy about.
His wife is a sweet angel. She loves him for him. His whole family seems like a bunch of good, loving people. The doctors did great, and the result was awesome. This is the first episode where I shed tears. I wish all the best for these people.
I like to see plastic surgery done for medical reasons, it is so refreshing. For the most part these people just want to look more normal. In my personal opinion, that's what makes plastic surgery so special, it must be so rewarding for both the patient and the surgeon to take a person who has a deformity in their appearance and do a procedure to make them look more normal. I know from experience being treated different because you have a deformity, I got sick when I was a baby which left me 90% paralyzed on my left side, and I had to constantly prove to people that I was not mentally challenged, even after I graduated from university. An orthopedic surgeon operated on me when I was eight. When it came time to work on my arm, I had both a plastic surgeon and an orthopedic surgeon, they worked together. I had three operations done on my arm, two were done by the plastic surgeon and one was done by the orthopedic surgeon. I really miss not seeing Botched on television, I always watched it.
There is always the crowd that says you are beautiful as you are but they have never been in anyone's shoes.
The only correct response for everyone is to be pro choice.
This is the first episode of Botched I have ever cried watching. What a wonderful transformation for him. Happy tears here.
I think the most important thing to consider is how small most of those changes actually were....not how difficult (I shudder just thinking about it!) but to look at. Each individual alteration is, visually, very small. But the overall impact is amazing.
WELL DONE Dr Nassif.
Subtlety is the most elusive of the arts...and you've caught it!
You can tell he is Nate but he looks like a more improved version of himself. Looks amazing.
I wish I lived in the US and could bring my sister to these doctors. My sister was born with a rare abnormality in her face. The two sides of her face didn't come together completely in the womb, and she has a similar nose to this guy. She can't have a surgery yet, because she's still too young and her face isn't fully grown, but we have to find a good doctor for her so it would be fixed as soon as possible.
The Real Victory, Nate, is the INCREDIBLE human being you are!!!
I'm truly shocked at how much you and your team were able to accomplish, Nate looks like a new man. Thank you for all you do!!!
He looks so good! They did a great job and it's great that they didn't change his entire appearance but just made it a bit better for him to be more comfortable and be able to breathe better. So happy for him and his family!
That cow's side eye is perfect!
I’ve seen these 2 Dr’s completely change people’s lives by fixing other Dr’s problems! Nate has got some real changes ❤️
It’s wonderful that these skilled, talented doctors do this work and positively change the lives of patients. I admire them for their dedication to excellent care and for the empathy they have for people.
I love how kind and supportive his family is💕💕💕
Loved this episode. I haven’t watched this show in years because it just seemed like people being over the top with fillers/etc. This style is so much better. Getting those with deformities have a better life. Happy he can finally breathe!
Amazing transformation! So happy for him and his family 💖
I think this is the most rewarding surgery I have seen them do. It sounds like Dr. Paul was really happy with his part of the surgery. You can now see the twin in him. I pray he has continued succes.
Bro I couldn’t help but cry seeing Nate’s results as someone who is in and out of hospital her whole life. It’s always an amazing feeling seeing other people get such incredible results❤❤❤❤ so happy for Nate😭🥳🥳🥳
Nate is blessed too with such a loving wife, lovely children and wonderful whole family
He sounds like real gentleman and wish him success going forward
Gosh, he looks so much like his mum now
He's such a good looking young man as he is. I'm glad he's happier now and feeling better.
I’m so glad they were able to help him and he can finally feel and breath better. Not sure why other doctors can’t do the same but they did a phenomenal job. I’m so happy for him and I’m happy to see an episode that was not just rich people being brats but rather a life changing story😊
Wow. What a nice couple. They seem like truly good people, and you can see that they love each other. I'm so happy for them.
I love that these two docs are doing this. You’re making lives better
Amazing work sweet young man.
Wife didn't seem to thrilled
I wonder if she might of thought he'd leave her
Yes for amazing reconstructive surgery! So proud of you all!
Nate strikes me as such a kind soul. I cried more that once while watching this!
Dr Nassif, Dr Parsa and your team
It's good to see that you gave Nate the normal look that he deserves. That's amazing. This is the best episode ever.
That was a job well done, son. You look great. Now, live a clean, healthy life with your family and enjoy every moment of it from Cape Town, South Africa.
I’m shocked that he wasn’t kept in hospital after all that.
From a dentists perspective, he needs his palate expanded, it’s extremely narrow (his twin’s is normal) and he’s a prime candidate for sleep apnea.
What a sweet couple! I wish them the very best!
What a transformation .so wonderful to see the confidence and happiness.
I wish you and your family all the very best .❤️
I'm so glad that these doctors decided to help a guy who truly need their help instead of doing surgeries to people that are so vain and only want surgery to soothe their vanity.
What a beautiful and supportive family. So happy Nate got this life changing procedure for a better quality of life ❤
There is a very interesting surgery that I recently watched a video about where they literally remove many parts of the skull and the entire facial structure, size them all down, and then put a new face together. It was pretty mind-blowing. I've seen full facial transplants but had never seen that procedure and was just as amazing by it as I was the face transplant, for some reason. They ultimately took a little boy with horrible facial/cranial abnormalities and gave him a brand new face using that procedure. That would work very well with this guy also, especially since it would literally bring his eyes together, but, despite how talented Paul is, it goes well beyond the scope of cosmetic surgery.
Many types of surgeries in that realm that are available today are mind-blowing, honestly. There's another documentary featuring a sweet little boy named Yahya called "The Boy with No Face" that will hit you where it hurts when you see it but they do such an incredible job on him that it goes from tears of sadness to tears of pure joy.
Regardless, I've always enjoyed shows like this where someone is finally made to feel the way they've always wanted to by looking "normal" after facial work or reconstruction.
Nate worried about his kids being bullied because of how he looks breaks my heart.

Doctor: Milking, Milking, Milking! 😃
Cow: BOOMBASTIC SIDE EYE👁️ 👄 👁️
Why are they talking about him as if he's not in the room??
I was thinking the same thing.
I see what you mean, but I think it's because they began by asking about things he couldn't remember because he was a newborn/baby at the time. They asked the mom about how he looked when he was born, asked her about his earliest surgeries. But when they were talking about the surgeries he had from 15 years old and later, they asked Nate directly.
It is weird to have a patient consultation with like 8 people lined up on a couch though... Probably has to do with the TV show. I hope Nate felt heard in the process as a whole.
Great support from his family.
Nate has such an amazing, sparkly smile, before and after!
OMG! That reveal was amazing! Nate, you look amazing! Great job doctors!
I'm happy for you, Nate. Your family has supported you as well as your wife and son now. I'm glad they were able to help your breathing and other facial surgery. I wish you good luck in the future and continued success.😊
He’s such a handsome guy. He has such a light about himself also.
What a sweet man. He looked fine either way. You could just tell that he was a kind and decent person.
I know someone whose wife died while in extremely dangerous surgery to address her twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome pregnancy. All three died… The husband and father reportedly buried them with his wife holding the twins . . .
So glad that this young man could be helped!!
This is why a doctor should want to become a doctor. To be able to give a patient a quality of life that they can be happy about. Nate truly comes across as a sweet and gentle soul. May he and his wife have a long happy life together!
I just had fat grafting done for my post mastectomy breast reconstruction. That pain is no joke. This is one brave fella.
This whole video is so amazing! 15:04
I absolutely love these 2 Surgeons, they have Huge Hearts and Gracious Souls ❤
Nate is such a beautiful soul. I wish him and his family abundant blessings and happiness.
The surgeons did an amazing job.
I had a consultation with Dr. Kami Parsa for my under eye deformity and he turned me away and told me to take allergy medication 😐 I’m glad he was able to help this fellow out, he deserved it more.
These doctors are so positive
I love this! Great work, Doctors.
He looks amazing!!! Botched Docs are as hero as this an amazing young man to change his life the way they did. Bravo 👏
Nat is a perfect example of how being beautiful on the inside makes you look beautiful on the outside !
I really love these doctors. I feel they are kind and like to help people. Their friendship is also pretty awesome.
I'm sorry, the first second we saw this young man, we see no deformity, just a interesting, kind young man. I think his original face is handsome too.. Bless him, Bless him
Nate looks great!!! These dont normally make me tear up but this one did! I'm so glad they could help him!
He’s going to continue healing too over 2 years
This is a kind of tv shows we should have, where the goal is to improve ordinary peoples' lives.
Wow! Great job again doctor! You and the other doctors did an amazing job on this young man. You have brightened up his life. I am very happy for him. ♥️🙏🤗🇨🇦
When I was 7 I broke my nose ended up with a deviated septum in my early 30's my sleep apnea had become sever so I sought out a Dr. She looked at me on Monday morning that Wednesday I was in surgery. I know that surgery saved my life.
This is exactly why plastic surgery was invented. Amazing work.
Wow this is so wonderful. These doctors are so down to earth in this video and his wife is genuinely such a wonderful and loving wife. I can hear it in her voice when she talks about how she loves him no matter what and only wants him to be comfortable in his skin.
What a sweet guy n DR’S TOO
It's very frustrating to see doctors asking Nate's Mom about his history when he's fully capable of answering himself. It's something that happens to people with disabilities and it shouldn't.
Nope, I think it is the producers way of including everyone as part of the show. Besides, she is talking about him as a wee baby right after his birth and how SHE felt.
The mom would know better than anyone because she was old enough to remember all the surgeries he had since she was the one who had him and probably all the paperwork too.
Nate's wife looked a little insecure on the reveal. He looks wonderful and I hope the absolute best for him and his family.
He looks great, I'm glad it turned out good for him he seems like a genuinely good guy. I wish him and his family are happy and continue to be blessed.
What a wonderful family. What a wonderful mother.
I love these type of miracle makeovers. Truly satisfying to watch. Good job doctors.
The cow's side eye is killing me 😂 😂
The nose looks GREAT!!! Amazing work by the surgeons!
His wife barely hugged him. She does not seem happy for him. Why??
Wonder if they are together now?? 🤔
She hugged him like she was being forced to!!
And he didnt show much of a gratitude, who says thanks for being here, and your mom gets I appreciate you ... There is a break down between husband and wife and it's not just the wife
Damn, 4:41 hit hard. He's mostly doing it so that his kids aren't questioned or picked on. He seems like a pretty good guy. It must be horrible, though, to have an identical twin and have so many abnormalities that you don't even look anything like them.
I think Nate looks just fine as he is.
