Education needs to be returned to the states. Schools should not be rewarded for failure. This pushes states that can’t compete to be highlighted for their failure to stand up for their children. Competition is healthy for all schools

In order for this system to work, every American citizen has to get involved in governing. Governing America must be everyone's main hobby.
