On one end of the couch was Grace Jones, at the other end was Nicole Scherzinger(I think,) in the middle with Micky was Nadiya Hussein - a former "bake off" winner who now has her own cookery programmes on TV. Jodi, if you're worried about "someone under the bed," you need to get a divan bed - it's hard for the bogeyman to occupy a space that's only 3" off the ground.
My first job in aviation I flew 6-13 seat Cessnas doing Safari transfers and bush flying. One day I had about half a dozen people onboard a C208 flying when I felt my guts rumble. Badly. Long story short I did a crazy dive bomb into the nearest airstrip scaring the hell out of the passengers then pulled the mixture to cut the engine, told them to stay in the plane then ran around to the back and stripped off and let the world fall out of my arse. Cleaned up best I could with my shirt (which I tossed into the bush) then clammy and pale climbed back into the plane. I'll never forget their faces and it took me years to trust a fart afterwards.
Grace Jones Singer / Supermodel / Actress , Yes she was also in James Bond A View To A Kill were she played May Day and was out to get Roger Moore . She also played Zula in Conan The Destroyer with Arnold Schwarzenegger .
When I was in army in the field of battle you can't pop out of your fox hole or trench you have too use your helmet. If ever you go to a military fair and you find helmets for sale with a funky smell you know what it's been used for.
Jodie is right about sticking one leg out of the duvet. It happened to me when I was a child...someone or something touch my leg from under the bed. I thought it was the cat at first, but I later found the cat was out. Just one of those things you'll always remember from being a kid.
Nicole Scherzinger was once a girl friend of Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton, after meeting at the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards in Munich. She did my second favourite rendition of "Don't Cry for Me Argentina", after the original by Julie Covington for the 1976 concept album Evita, later included in the 1978 musical of the same name. "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" is a song recorded by Julie Covington. The song was written and composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice while they were researching the life of Argentine leader Eva Perón. Wikipedia.
The poppy is worn in Canada too. It is worn most of November with Remembrance Day on the 11. The UK does the same thing as Canada. Canada is a commonwealth country of England so of course they had it first and Canada has adopted that.
I hitchhiked to Switzerland years ago with my mate to see this girl student I met in England. She was living with her parents so this guy she knew put us up for a couple off nights in a block off private flats. He went to work the next day and could we find a toilet? So anyways we finally found an empty dark room on the ground floor and my mate and me took a shite and then realised it was full off coal😮.20 minutes later there was a loud knock on the door and about ten residents were screaming at us in German !! So we made a hasty retreat out off the building and slept outside for the next few days!!😅
Glad Jodi's aware of the terrifying monster that eats your leg if if it exposed from under the blankets. It knows you are there, and it starts to eat your leg first. Never let it hang over the bed, as it is an enticement to the monster.
I never knew my wife had a twin. especially an American one.She thinks the same way as Jodi. There is lots of people out there (always men LOL) who are trying to get into the house LOL
Remembrance poppies in the U.S. have diminished since their introduction in the 1920s, although remembrance poppies are sometimes worn on Memorial Day. Wikipedia.
We were collecting cardboard for a few extra bucks way back, early 2000s. We were behind a Michael’s, sorting through the recycles and I suddenly had the need to go. And this was stomach ache stuff, too urgent to get in the car and casually go find a bathroom. I had to resort to using a 5-gallon bucket that was behind the shop. My wife is standing guard and keeling over laughing, really trying to draw attention, while I’m in agony busting a gut open behind a short concrete wall. I feel for the poor soul who later discovered that mess. So sorry!
That story about the psycho killing the dog then hiding under the bed & licking the hand of the old women was going round when I was a teenager 25 years ago! xD It's an urban myth Jodi, you can sleep peacefully!
Weirdly I kinf of get what Jodie means, she's basically afraid of Freddy Krueger coming to life lol. I've had a life size Chucky doll in my bedroom fpr 20 years, even though i bought it i'm still slightly wary of it lol. Re sleeping, in Winter i use all the duvets and blankets i can find, then during a UK heatwave i sleep on top of the covers in just my undies, with the window open.
I know that story!!!!! The guy licks the hand a few times, then you hear, drip drip drip in the shower 🚿 and the dog is dead and blood on the wall saying , even humans can lick hands!
Stuck in a traffic jam and started to become desperate and the wife said your going to have to pee in this water bottle, whilst sitting in the driving seat with a coat over my lap. It was the most awkward experience and the worst thing was the exit junction was half a mile away my destination was only another couple of miles. Id have made it if the traffic was flowing smoothly.
Oh Jody keeps her own boot camp during pee pauses? Nobody wears a real poppy. There used to be just 2 types one, with 2 petals, in England & Wales, a Scottish one with 4 petals. Originally they were made by disabled ex servicemen, so it would not have been good to wear any other type.
Here is a Medical Fact I bet you don't know. Did you know People who get HOT in Bed fart a lot more than someone who is cold?! I won't ask. By the way, talking about someone under your Bed...You should do a Reaction to the Doctor Who Episode, 'Listen'.
me and my wife the same, my wife has a fan on in the winter, the stand up fan, im always cold in bed, i can feel the draft off the fan, , i also have a single duvet on my side, for warmth and to feel the weight,
I am hot person in general, all the time, in summer I can't wear anything more than a thick tshirt, even in winter I barely dress any different than I do in summer, in bed in summer it's underwear and that's it, fans going, winter I just add a sheet or a thin blanket/quilt and the fans still going, I need that breeze or I can't sleep, even when it's 3-5 degrees celsius.
Grace Jones sang Slave to the Rythym in the 80's. A real diva.
She was also a baddie in a Bond film with Roger Moore.
She also hit Russel Harty in a chat show on tv 😂😂
Her platty jubes performance is worth a watch too.
@@HughShower.... she was May Day in A View To A Kill in the early 80s. A weird person IMO.
Her best song was La vie en Rose, the acoustic guitar solo in that is superb.
Jodie’s monster under the bed brought back so many memories. I had one in my bedroom when I was 7. 😂. I didn’t know they were still around.

You're correct Nick, Grace Jones was in the Bond film "A View to a Kill"(1985).
Grace Jones once thought the interviewer:Russell Harty was ignoring her, when he turned his back to speak to the other guest and she clumped him !
Quite right too, Russell Harty was a horrible man. Just watch his interview with David Bowie as an example.
Grace Jones - book her at all comedy gigs, front row seat, you'll get the audience rolling with contageous laughter!
Great stuff, thanks guys!
Have you got a space under your bed? If so you could get revenge for the ceiling fan 😂.
