I am so glad that you are back! Now I get to binge watch what I have missed.
I have your book and love to dehydrate. It makes me more confident when I can watch the videos too. Thank you.

Bok Choy is extremely easy to grow at home. Seeds are readily available at big box stores. It can be grown in a regular planting bed, raised bed or in containers such as plastic coffee cans or planter boxes. It grows very quickly too. This is my first time growing it and its been fun to watch it grow. Im on my second planting of the season. Nice video. Thanks.

We love kale chips. Thanks for the tip about cauliflower’s color returning to white when rehydrated.

I have the same dehydrator. It's awesome! Just know people any temperature over 115 kills the vitamins and minerals that we want to keep. So it's best to do everything at that temp and go a lot longer in some cases if the goodness is your priority; as it is to me.. God bless.

What if you don’t steam the broccoli or cauliflower. What difference does it make other then cook time

I have a “starter” dehydrator that has no thermostat. It just plugs in & the temp is approx 165 degrees. What do I do when videos say to dehydrate at 125 or some other temp when I can’t regulate mine? Thanks for any advice....😊

You can’t really I’ve tried and it burned some of my stuff or made it taste different. I did have fans blowing on mine to try to cool the system. I’d try smaller batches so you don’t do it doesn’t need to be in as long.

Piece of advice: put your dehydrator in the garage if you do broccoli. You don't need the accusations for the next couple days.
