I love this video! Thank you for keeping it straight to the point. Ps...the "blooper" reel is AMAZING! Being a Momma of 2 little creatures, I appreciate the share.
I’m curious. Does it matter if it’s bruise it you’re dehydrating them for powder. You should fill the sink. Swish. Drain. Fill. Swish. Once you get clear water. Your all clean. Prob use less water. 🤷♀️
Well first off...welcome!! I’m so glad you got to save those leaves!! I don’t have any smoothie videos or recipes however, once the leaves are blended into a powder, you can’t even taste it. So I literally throw it in every smoothie blend I make regardless off what’s in my blender!! 🤗🤫 kids have no idea it’s happening!!
Typically veggie powders last for about a year. But we kept using ours two years passed and it was still good. I suggest you keep it in an airtight container when storing.
Isn't it adorable! It actually came with a salt cellar. We just stopped using it for salt and so I thought it would be perfect for the broccoli powder. I believe I got the salt cellar from World Market.

Awesome! Thank you!
When our broccoli bolts, we sauté it with some butter and add cheese, just like you would with spinach. It’s delicious
Oh that sound heavenly!! You had me at butter and cheese!! haha
Great video. My plants did the same thing and just seeded out so thank you for this video. I didn't know you could dehydrate the leaves. Thanks😁
It's a bit of work but incredibly rewarding. We still have powder left over that we use in soups and smoothies!! Let me know if you give it a try!

I would say, a little bruising would be fine just not completely damaged. And thanks for the tip!

Let us know what you think!
Thought I was the only one who Ended up with a broccoli shrub.
You are not alone! 🙂
Any ideas on how I can do this in large scale?
@@Vedrajrm you can use your oven. That way you can use large baking sheets to add more.
I was just about to cut and toss my leaves, savior... thanks
Do you have a smoothie recipe with the broccoli leaves. Thanks, my first time here

How long does the powder keep for?

Where did you purchase that cute, wooden spoon?

Awesome video! I appreciate the little lady with fabulous red lipstick letting me know I could have a potty break 😂 *oh, and touch this sticky stuff.
Right?! hahaha
Why don't you just cut it up in small pices
You could but I didn’t. Either way it’s the same.
