I don't think they'll fix that Dvalin bug soon as it's simply not worth it. Dvalin is quite an old boss which kinda means it's hard to fix this bug without creating 20 more bugs, also Dvalin's HP isn't that high so you can still one cycle it. In addition, most of the bugs listed here are very situational( I mean why would you use your burst on water?)
i mean Raiden has the same bug with her ult where her animation gets interrupted and it hasn't been fixed to this day, but since it's not really affecting gameplay, its not too bad not as bad as Arlecchino literally dying when she is supposed to be invulnerable during burst
There also bug when artefact domain start and use skill enemy wont get any mark so u need wait about 5 sec so it work but fixed few day ago when u downloading huge patch data around 500mb for mobile

Could be intentional, for example even fischl takes damage during burst.
@@Eyezor123 it is 100% a bug because burst animations have i-frames and every other character except her survives in some situations
