Windtrace is a limited event gamemode in Genshin Impact allows players to hide and seek or like playing prop hunting. In version 4.6, wintrace is back with new features and prevent players to afk the entire game by hiding in unreachable or secret spot.

6:53 it's a glitch that only works for tall and medium height characters, you just have to sprint the very second you hit the ground after getting captured

There’s one game where one of the rebel quit and I have to face the hunter with just the two of us. The game got pretty sweaty but me and my guy managed to win! To whoever that teammate is, you’re awesome man.

The biggest problem I have with current Windtrace is that it heavily favors tall characters. Previously, being small had some advantages for a rebel, but this time, both parties must run as fast they can all the time.

You can argue the opposite for old Windtrace and say it favored short characters.

Video idea: windtrace map review
- the hilichurl map: vast and barren. The tower is pretty annoying for the hunter. Some spot of the fence is jumpable if use tall character.
- the winery: annoying for the rebel. Three of the machines are too close to each other. You can get stuck easily in the grapes.
- the ritou: i like it the most. Beautiful map, balance for both hunter and rebels. So many nooks and crannies to hide.
- the liyue one: i kinda hate it. Looks like a post world war rubble, too many parkours (idk why, but i climb a lot in this map)

I used to think that the bait trap was bad for rebels compared to invisibility but I’ve been using the bait for the past few days and it’s actually pretty decent since it lets you hide in plain sight as long as you place it somewhere inconspicuous

God I miss windtrace😭 still remember when I caught everyone in disguise and when I kept turning into a lamp to hide and never got caught.
There was one time, I think it was on the last day the hunter said that they don't want to hunt and let us win🥺💗

Hardest hunter character in my opinion is dori. Easiest is any medium tall character apart from maybe hu tao because alternate sprint.
