if you don’t mind me asking my 560 injection pump is leaking out the top of the fuel pump barrels below where the fuel injector lines connect is this a leak i could fix or should i take it to a shop to get it fixed
Hi Cecil or anyone else familiar with these Belarus in-line injector pumps: I have one off a Belarus 3045 (two cylinder air-cooled) but the pump is almost identical, with exception that it just has two springs and cylinders in the side of the pump instead of four. Mine was sitting for about 7 years and I soaked it for a few days in diesel to help me get things moving that are seized. What I am wondering is if I remove the top fittings that would attach to the injector lines for the engine, if they require special adjustment when they are reinstalled? I am hoping that if I remove these top fittings that i may be able to push down from above and allow the springs to extend, as both are currently seized in the compressed position. The throttle that twists the things above the springs is also seized, so any suggestions on how best to free it up would also be appreciated. Thanks!
Question my buddy have a belarus 820 and the snowblower on the back wont go up the blower its like its not strong enough to lift it . Any idea what does that
Brandon Robinson I soaked the whole pump in transmission fluid and just worked it back and forth till it was free, but make sure you fill it with oil when you install it .
Off Grid Homesteader Cecil E Skinner Hello there from Paris !! I'm working on the 6 cylinder Czechoslovakian engine of a Dutch Barge which belongs to a friend. I've drained the complete fuel system, and repeatedly flushed the tank, before cleaning the filters and flushing all the lines. After bleeding, it would not start..... It's stood for about a year.....I discovered the valves/springs/Pistons just as in your video were stuck open. I've freed off all but two just by lots of wd40 and repeatedly working them up and down....but 5 and 6 are still stuck up. Hence a search and your video. And yes I've just discovered the throttle rod will not push to rotate the gears.....just as in your video. I can see this pump is pretty identical to yours....id say it was identical !! The governor has plenty of good oil in it, and the pump itself is clean up to the mid level of the dipstick. Any tips ? Particularly what not to do !! Thanks.
my tractor has 4 levers on the right side of the dash middle 2 are for the loader what is the first and fourth one for also where are the control for the 3 point hitch throttle is on the left side of the steering wheel what is on the right side for thanks hope your having a great day just bought this tractor has cab loader 3 brand new tires just confused and can't find anyone local to help
Ok on my 520 wich I have not used in a while the other two levers are for three point hitch up and down, and the other is a torque controll lever I believe, and the one on the steering wheel is the draft setting for three point hitch, as I say I may not be remembering this exact, I used my 820 most and the controlls are different,somebody should correct me on here if I am wrong. mine will not idle up when I give it throttle would you think this could be the same problem very new at the practice thing
+W Miller Yes it sounds like the same problem, check to see if it moves inside the injector pump when you give it throttle.
Why disconected glow plugs?
How did you get the pump to free up I have a 420 that has the same problem
