@@chaidi9002 Congrats! Just do your best, and you'll be fine. Whenever you're down or stressed, keep in mind that you also can do it and just take the challenge. No pain no gain, right
Some of yall complaining about Jihye and Seunghee don't know the Korean culture model/fashion industry. As Boss Kim said, hierarchy and seniority need to exist in the model industry because their workplaces are often chaotic and hectic. I understand that in some parts of Korea, seniority just is out of control where it is just too much. HOWEVER, Jihye and Seunghee were super polite and nice to the new model; they even use formal language, unlike other senior models. They also offer food and water and tries their best to make the new model feel better and more welcome. OBVIOUSLY, it is NOT their responsibility to take care of the new model. It is a professional setting, and all models should be prepared to work in such a stressful setting without any support or help from fellow models. However, since they are all from the same company, Jihye and Seunghee literally go out of their way to take care of the new model. So much respect for those two models 👏
I think it depends on what brands your looking at. There are is a lot mixtures with all fashion industries and this like chanel and Dior since its couture but there is a great deal of creativity your just missing it in American fashion as well.
seniority and age in korea scares mee (in a different way)..... i live in an asian country and its pretty important here... but like korea does take it to a whole new level... i read before that in a workplace in korea, its really hard for a group of people that just met to get close bcs they are really cautious and bcs of their formal language, they have to always be careful... for me, i wld really just warm up to someone or try to get someone to warm up cause i cant stand that weird awkwardness.. its just uncomfortable for me.. + theres no seniority in english/ chinese unless u deliberately address someone in a certain way...
no need to judge others’ culture!😊 seniority and age is an important thing in most asian cultures and it’s really not a “scary” thing like ur tryna make it out to be lmao
@@mylinh.x im not saying its a bad thing.... but it is scary to me. u mean i cant be shocked at something thats unusual for me? i didnt say its scary for everyone. im an asian too, but koreans do take age and seniority to a high level.. plus im just sharing my own experience and point of view. everyone judges, as long as im not disrespecting their culture, im not doing anything wrong. dont be offended for no reason

Now I feel a bit sorry for Seung her and Ji Hee. They are probably not bad seniors. We need to remember this show is boss in the mirror. So obviously, it will be biased or edited so that the bosses don’t look good. But we also have to understand this is also just a show. And the reality of the model industry in Korea might be worse. Because of the seniority culture, high stress and pressure system. I hope that they care more about their model and employees mentality. Some stress and pressure could be productive but we human won’t be able to handle it for long till burnout. And when employees having less stress and pressure, they might become more creative and efficient. I have to say though boss Kim’s company is definitely a good company, good pay and employees’ benefit (remember they allowed employees to bring dogs to work).
I can't get enough of them :( I love this show because of ceo Kim and her team. I admire their work and I never thought this career is so difficult as I'm never exposed to anything other than science careers. I respect everyone and their journey and I'm inspired to become more like ceo Kim in the future! I want more of them tho, can't they make a TH-cam channel or show of their own?
Man when are we getting the continiation if this clip?? I literally see coach hyun more than boss kims these days and he's not even a boss anymore lol?? Boss Kim deserves and needs more screen time.
The seniors seem friendly. Like they don’t ignore her because she is young. In my opinion, ignoring is part of just looking down. I may try to comfort her by saying “everything will be fine even if it is hard.” Then I will go with back in the day, and say funny things that happened
I dont think it should be a huge deal but it would be nice to continue certain traditions esp when you've earned your stripes in an industry of course it would be nice for newcomers to acknowledge seniors, something as simple as grabbing the food and handing it out. Its not the hardest thing to do and I'm pretty positive the seniors would appreciate that and let it be known.
I sometimes really don't like the hierarchial treatment. Like I'm a senior to some but I don't want them to feel that I'm so high up there.
