It looks so fun having that airsoft battle, bu imagine how brave the true soldiers were in all the wars actually risking their life to fight seriously.
My grandpa was a nazi in ww2 and died on the russian front for jumping on a gernade so.. i agree with you that the true soilders fight to the death.

Now this is going to be good I wanted to dig trenches down here in south Georgia but we can't because it would fill up with water extremely fast and you also inspired me to play airsoft .

We yanks have the same problem up here in Ohio. My brother and I have tried a few times and the only one we got to work was a 2-4 man slit trench that had a tunnel at floor level onto a hillside to allow for drainage. Needless to say this is too labor intensive to really be practical beyond the one we built.
@@David-lu4gq yeh the 3rd battle of Ypres, make sure it is the allied trench lines though, not the German, the German ones where quite nice. Also avoid mines at hill 60 or… you’re gonna need so bigger fireworks.

I had once played like this with historically accurate guns ( we were the U.S army ) so we had 1917 Enfield rifles and Colt M1911 pistols
I mean those guns were made out of cardboard
The last scene of them counter-attacking/charging was very beautiful and awesome

i have an idea once you finish this series, make one called "Stalingradded" build a couple wooden buildings and houses and make them look like an industrial complex, and make a Corner-to-corner CQB Intense WW2 Stalingrad Fight(that's a lot of buzzwords) bring all these Solviet fans into the channel.
Make sure to make the fight in 4 to 5 stages.
first is german attack on the city outskirts
second: soviet retreat into the city, germans gain foothold.
Third: The defence of the volga, Soviets beed to hold the line while reinforcements and supplies cross the river.
Fourth: Soviets start pushing the germans back
Fifth: idk, get creative or something
Or they could do the Italian front

I was firework shopping a few days ago and found some smoke bombs that shaped and work like hand grenades, you pull the string and a lot of smoke comes out. You should see if you can find them in yellow so you can use them as mustard gas.
Kudos to all you young gentlemen for your dedication to history, and I love watching the vids. Laying some barbed wire out from the trenches would add a nice authentic touch to your battlefield. Keep up the great work guys!

I know it's likely tough to get everyone back together now that you're all (or most all) outta highschool, but a great big reunioni video would be great. Even if there's no fighting, I'd love to see what became of the trenches, and what (may have) led to their downfall.
