WHY IS SOMEONE BEING PICKY ABOUT THE HISTORICAL ACCURACY? It's an airsoft battle, not a History Channel Documentary doods, give the guy some slack
@Tyger Royal it’s probably because the people saying that set expectations to high on smaller youtubers, and automatically expect everybody to be wearing, only the highest quality uniforms, even when the people they are complaining about are literally high schoolers.

History Channel is not even accurate if you would ask me especially with uniforms and equipment. History Channel aside, as farby their equipment look, frankly speaking every time they make an airsoft battle their equipment gets better. I remember back when these guys play few years ago the german side have almost nothing but modern civilian clothing and now they have german uniforms. Who knows that in the next few years that they'll have gewehr 98 and springfield rifles. Or perhaps maxim machine guns

Hey I would just like to say these videos are great! As another young history buff I would have loved to do stuff like this (lack of historically inclined friends and lots of restrictions in Cali say otherwise) but never got the chance. I love how you guys focus on just having fun while also making sure that you understand the history and severity of the subject matter. I love all your airsoft videos along with your wearing your uniform to school videos! Keep up the great work and can't wait to see what you guys make next! P.S. Read All Quiet On the Western Front. It is an amazing story that really shows the life in probably the most pure of the format. Highly recommend

You should add more brightness to the video during nighttime battles. Right now it’s hard to see whats happening.
I love airsoft because it can be however you want it. Tryhard reenactors or a casual skirmish, it's all so fun
You can make grenades by yourself, with bb's inside them. It would be effective to use in trenches, cuz it will work like real grenades (or you can yust buy airsoft grenades from shop, that might be safer)
Or they can buy those grenades that pop a few seconds after you step on them, a whole pack is like 5 dollars

A brunch of bbs inside tin foil paper with à firecrack in the middle with thé fuse sticking out, a strip of electric tape, shape the tin foil in a ball shape and boom you got a good bb grenades for a budget

You could consider the Germans the bad guys
well i would suggest that you don't buy expensive gear if its for just being in the trenches and getting dirty, thats what you have the cheap uniforms for. By the way if you plan on making at least one tunnel under your battlefield i would also suggest attaching wire to every beam and then connecting them to some pull swiches as a safety measure [ like how on a bus there's wire along side the windows to pull on when you want to get off. ] so it can alert that its unsafe somewhere, not to forget that it can keep beams more in line so to prevent complete collapse.

I love how you move on the ground, how you move in and out of trenches.
You should reinforce those trenches with planks on the sides, casue i see you guys jumpin up and down from the trenches so they would last longer with planks on the sides and mabye as floor too

Also, they have heavy duty plastic brody helmets on Amazon, if you want to be historically accurate, you can get some of them, there cheap only 15 dollars and they are light wait so you dont have to worry about how heavy they are

Loved the video, I would like to see less Airsoft and more WW1 though. More role play if you will. More shouting and banter between the guys on the front line, or instead of having people shout hit when they are shot they just fall over, and larger teams would be very fun to see. More cinematic shots and more elaborate openings like the one you did for the Meuse-Argonne Offensive video ( th-cam.com/video/jRibvndtztE/w-d-xo.html ). Of course this is just what I would like to see, and I don't speak for everyone. At the end of the day these videos are still great and I enjoy watching all the content that is put out on the channel.

the german team should also learn german and only use it for maximum immersion /s
You should mix very smelly chemicals into your special smoke grenades to denote what type even more, with different ones smelling different. This way you would know for sure if you were "hit" by the gas
