    Great explain. I often think of this tool as “chord builder for people who don’t know theory” but as I saw you playing around i started to think more “quick part variation explorer” + “quick combiner of strums / arps etc” to dive into and discover cool parts you might not have otherwise uncovered. Thanks!

    Yoo great tutorial! I saw you for the first time via Reason Live-stream with Ryan. Instant energy and cool spirit. I'm a long time user of Reason but just started Reason+. After watching this the POLY SEQ about to be instantly used as I'm loving the Chord Seq and Bass Gen. Poly Seq reminds of Captain plugins but better! Looking forward to your channel Chris!👊🏿🙌🏿💪🏿🎯💯

      @@cathywilson1273 I really hope you do! I started on Reason 3.0, then 4, Then 5, Checked out record briefly, then stayed on 5 all the way to 10, and I’ve had 10,11, and now 12!!!

      @@Chrisreedbeats - You have such a passion and determination and a vision for what you want, and you shine bright like the sun!! I love your energy!! Maybe someday, I'll get an opportunity to shake your hand! :-)
      I have quite a few other DAWS...and I'm still trying to focus on one. I have to see if the Poly Step Sequencer is in Reason 9; if not, then maybe I can purchase it separately?
      At any rate, I'm not getting any younger, so I have to get motivated...LOL...and I think this step sequencer will really help me get my songs down [as midi] and go from there.
      Thanks again Chris!! You're a good, kind-hearted soul!! :-)

      I speculate that it will be coming soon, though I do not know for sure. I can say that I believe they are working on it!
      I am always curious when people mention VST3, what instrument/ device do you want to use that requires VST3?

    How do you get the midi notes to print in your DAW's sequencer if you're using Logic Pro X? The send notes button isn't available on the rack plugin version of Polystep or any of the players.

    Great video, perhaps Quad note generator for Q or Quantize with groove mixer and tool window. Remote may be a good one for R, being a visually impared RS user, MIDI Remote is key for me for getting hands-on experience with Reason.

    What?!! Nooooo. Those of us not using a midi controller need that piano roll. Or maybe you're saying the Poly Step Sequencer is so good that... Okay, excuse me. I'll finish watching your video :)

    • @Chrisreedbeats
      @Chrisreedbeats  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Here is the best part you can record with your midi controller into the poly steps equencer and then you can use all of the variation effects and all of the changes for the cords and you can make sure your playing is in the right note and scales all of that works as well
