Chef Pillai Is overated In my opinion...There are many others Who provide more authentic dishes .....Common people Cannot afford RCP and It's just Pure food business strategy .......😢
I think its not about authenticity, its much more about the fine dining experience. Authentic food cam be bought everywhere but its the experience that matters

Make it better. I am not poking his mistakes but rather making him aware of certain basic standards to follow in any kitchen. I am proud that he is working hard at this young age in the kitchen. Working in the kitchen is not easy. Dedication and willingness to do anything is more important. I noticed a lot of good things from him. One of the main things I noticed is that he is not making the area dirty. The way he executes makes the curry was excellent.

Curry salt nokkunnathu ilakunna same chattukam kondaano. Then what's the difference between a five star restaurant and a thattukadaa. Very pathetic. Even they are not using a gloves.
Restaurants il aarum gloves use cheyyarilla. Smaller set ups anu glove use cheyyunnathu because they don’t always have access to water to wash their hands. You don’t need gloves in a restaurant setting. Check out Gordon Ramsay and other chefs.
