When I was 20 we drove across in our old ford. We could only drive at night because that radiator was shagged. I remember after driving in a straight line for so long I was excited when the road did a S turn on the WA side. Might be the Eucla BP Roadhouse. You know you are out the middle of nowhere, when you turn on the radio and all you get is nothing but static. One thing that is worth remebering. If you are driving over. Be aware the the price of fuel is a lot more exspensive. We did not allow for that and ran out of fuel and money in Coolgardi. Great video. bought back good memories. Thank You.
Ive driven the Nullarbor a few times, and it is a magical place, particularly in the breeding season for southern right whales, when that view of the cliffs also includes 30 or more whales frolicing.
It's not a difficult trip! Travelling from WA to SA is to go with the prevailing winds. Just do not travel at night. Kangaroos come onto the road to sleep on the warm asphalt. The roos can really ruin your trip if you hit one.
Nullabor. Piece of Piss. Space shuttle is a bit of a stretch. I was the old Skylab There is plenty to see on the Nullabor but sometimes you have to go up some of those tracks.
Great video guys 🤩🚐

I bet that is an incredible sight to see! The Nullarbor is amazing, we had such a great road trip.

I hope you hooked right at Penong to see Point Sinclair Pink Lake, it's only a few min drive to get there!

I think all those horror stories are from crossings many years ago when cars were not as reliable as they are today
And it's now fully sealed
Not a hard journey at all. Hundreds of people ride bicycles across each year. Biggest gap between roadhouses is less than 200km. 🍕🚴🍍
