@@pavithras2347 Some reasons are - 1) If you will not knead the modak pith properly. 2) Also make sure that you knead the modak pith nice and soft. 3) Donot make the paari very thin. 4) Remove the modaks from the steamer as you switch off the gas. 5) Donot shape and keep the modak for long time before steaming. 6) Always cover the modak with wet cloth. 7) Once tge modaks are steamed, in l0 mins remove them and pack in boxes(dabba) donot keep it open for long time. 8) Last but not the least, please try to use Modak pith. Use all this tips and make modak. It will come out great. And Do write to me after making them.
तुम्ही खोबरे कसे किसून घेता, विळीवर 20 ते 25 नारळ किसणे शक्यच नाही. मी पण मोदक करून देते. पण खोबरे एकटीनेच किसून घेणे शक्य नाहीय. तर यासाठी काय करता येईल, यावर काय उपाय आहेत का. कोणते मशीन वापरतात.
