Здравствуйте! Для удобства, переднюю часть пластика можно опустить, просто открутить один болт паука за фарой и задняя часть пластика поднимется. Более удобно будет вытащить клапанную крышку.

Hello, you must change the front light + blinkers too, remove the fairing holders, perhaps changing the handlebar and after that it'll be a simple naked Bandit.

Azt megkérdezhetem, hogy hol találtál illesztőszemet ehhez a DID lánchoz?
Magát a láncot megtudom rendelni és akitől eddig kérdeztem, mindenki ezt ajánlotta. De minden kereskedőnél csak zártat találtam illesztőszem nélkül. Illesztőszemmel együtt csak Borg Warner 82RH2015/144-t találtam.

Szia. A vezérműtengelyt lefogó csavaroknál a manual ha jól láttam nem írt semmi féle menetrögzítőt. Annak tényleg elég az az olajosan lehúzott 10Nm? Köszi előre!
Szia, jól láttad, oda nem kell menetrögzítő. Típustól és gyártótól függően 10-12Nm-t ír a manual, ez lehet Honda, Suzuki, stb, bármi. Nem lazul fel. Köszi, hogy megnézted!

Szia, köszönöm! Az első sínt ha kopott ki szoktam cserélni, azt ki lehet egyszerűen húzni ha lent van a szelepfedél. A hátsót (feszítő oldali) nehezebb, az ha jól emlékszem a hengersor alatt van rögzítve. Patront nagyon ritkán kell cserélni, én csak akkor szoktam ha gyenge a rugója vagy átugrik a "racsni". Sokan egy alátéttel előfeszítik a rugót, én ennek nem vagyok híve, cserélem ha kell.
@@latzkoworks Akkor ha jol ertem a hatsohoz mindenkeppen le kell szedni a hengersort, eleg "csak" azt? 🙂
@@davidsimon467 ha minden igaz akkor a hátsó ív cseréjéhez szét kell húzni a blokkot ... ilyet már régen csináltam, de van fenn egy videóm egy 1200-as Inazumáról, ott lehúzom a hengersort, keress rá ha gondolod ✌
did you lose the valve cover dowels?
It is not important, if the two pins are loose I used to take them out, if not I leave them.
What did you put on the rocker cover gasket, was it a sealant of some kind?
Hello, it is a black Loctite quick liquid gasket.

@@Drace1369 You can use the original gasket if it is not too old, deformed, hard or damaged. Liquid gasket is only at the four places where the camshafts ending are, the half circle surfaces.
I’m currently restoring a MK1 Bandit 600N and just in the process of taking the head off to get to the two metal oil pipes as they are rusty. Obviously going to change the head gasket, but wondering if I need to change the rocker cover gasket.
@@Drace1369 understand, have a good luck! I have an another video on the channel, removing the head and the cylinders from a GSX1200 Inazuma, it is almost the same engine. After taking off the head check the valves, valve liners, springs and valve sealings too.

Hello, yes, the cam chain should be replaced by this bike between 60-80k km. If not it'll be worse, more noise, weak engine, in extreme case the engine'll be damaged.

The way you supposed to do it split the cases that way you can check everything instead of half assing the job cause all he done was weakened the timing chain I’ve built enough bike motors it may take a little longer but I’d rather be safe than sorry
