When the heart chakra is blocked due to negative emotions like anger, resentment, or holding onto grudges, it can hinder your ability to forgive yourself. And forgiveness is seen as a key to unblocking the heart chakra. By letting go of self-blame and negativity, you create space for self-compassion and acceptance. This allows the heart chakra energy to flow freely.
Forgiving yourself can lead to emotional healing, a lighter feeling, and a stronger sense of self-worth. It empowers you to move forward from past mistakes and embrace growth.
