- Today I am with you in this ASMR reiki session to balance and activate your third eye chakra. Positive affirmations, delta waves, special frequency techniques, healing music, crystal healing and relaxing reiki hand movements! All these special triggers will be at your service.
Before we start, I would like to give detailed information about affirmations.
Third eye chakra affirmations are positive statements designed to activate and balance your sixth chakra, also known as the Ajna chakra. This chakra is located in the middle of your forehead, between your eyebrows, and it's associated with intuition, insight, and connection to your higher self.
Here are some potential benefits of using third eye chakra affirmations:
By repeating affirmations about seeing clearly and trusting your intuition, you may find it easier to make decisions and navigate life's challenges.
A balanced third eye chakra is linked to increased creativity and inspiration. Affirmations can help you tap into this energy. These affirmations can help you trust your gut feelings and inner guidance more readily.
By activating your third eye chakra, you may feel a stronger connection to your inner wisdom and purpose.

The hospital beds are the worst. I just had a 10 day hospital stay after chest surgery. I started knitting a scarf, and I started keeping a journal to help pass time but you best believe I had my headphones on every night.
