I am obsessed with organization and routines and checklists but I also have no concept of time and the day tends to get away from me. I also have ADHD and it was nice to see a perspective on time management that I feel like will actually work with my brain. Really enjoyed your tips, will try the suggestions thing in time blocking! My problem is that once I schedule time blocks, I don’t do the activities I scheduled either because I get caught up in something else or because I don’t want to due to pressure, lack of spontaneity or mood. I love planning, but having everything planned then kills the buzz for me 😅 Hopefully I can find some balance in time.
omg I totally feel the lacking motivation to do what you set out to do. it almost feels like I want to fill my time with ANYTHING other than what I gotta do - its so annoying so I TOTALLY RELATE. Honestly, thats why I recommend having an idea of the things you wanna get done but don't put too much pressure in getting them done during some arbitrary time period! If the END GOAL is to get X thing done, and you get it done tomorrow instead of today, is it the end of the world? heck no! we are all doing our best everyday
@@simplyboppingK yes because that’s house I see it but it does not mean I align with trad wife values - I just like to manage my home in a very organized and effective way! :)
