In the video itself they showed red road on the extremes of the road but as i am watching ongoing construction videos i see nowhere pavement of red road happened. And why is that?

I'm not sure specifically which part you are taking about bit there are many animated clips for demonstration purposes to show what is supposed to look like one it's completed, and opened to the public.
So that's probably it.

Actually its a painted road....on the black bitumen road...it is the same material with which white marking are done on road...
Its one of the last step.... Super fast and easy to build.... Only time taken is a 1 day for drying
