What if another car arrives from the side (their left lane), and they had to apply the brakes to prevent the collision? Will you fail the exam for creating a risky situation?
In the HPT, you'll fail the test if you go at that time. Personally for the driving test, I would not risk it. But In everyday driving, you pretty much have to go through and leg it.

Is it ok to get ahead and wait to turn right in a look and go signal? How far we can go ahead while waiting for oncoming traffic to clear?
