Definitely reminds me of a model home especially with the slatted walls. It seems to have also served as an experiment to see what happens to a home over time. One can tell a lot about your construction and your surroundings, based on how an abandoned property fairs over the years? Great content. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like the development/sales office. My house was the model home for the development. The garage was the development/ sales office. The garage still has remnants of an office such as light switches that do nothing, popcorn ceiling, painted sheet rock, etc.
The Stone on the Exterior is just GORGEOUS!!!! Unfortunately, I'd have to have the ENTIRE INTERIOR GUTTED!!!! The Mold is really BAD!!!! But it doesn't seem to matter anyway, they're gonna TEAR IT DOWN LIKE THEY HAVE DONE SOOOOO MANY BEAUTIFUL ESTATES!!!!
I like the tile in master shower. The backyard would have been awesome when it was kept. The fireplace by the front door was very weird. 😮 Did not like kitchen upstairs and the layout. Overall, good video. Thank you for sharing 😊
This place looks like as you said used as a sales office displaying the different options. The kitchen cabinets don't match the look of the house, very cheap Melanie cabinets popular around mid 1970's to early 1980's in the States.
Somebody made a comment (I don't remember where) But they said that is a water heater, not hot water heater cause you don't heat hot water. So true. Thought I would pass that along. I agree what you said about the dishwasher. Nice bikes.

I like the attached garages best.
hope they salvage some stuff fromthe house and get it to people who would need it and not throw everything away
My house has those same windows! But my place was built in the 1970s.
Model home 🏡
The truck probably belongs to the contractor
❤❤❤❤❤
Three nice new looking Bicycles left too, what's up.
WHY would so much Rust be coming off the truck that is sitting inside a dry protected garage?
Moisture in the air causes the rust. Just like the decay in the house.
Plus the fuel and brake lines running to the rear of the truck will be just as rotten as the chassis etc
Sup from Kentucky
I wanted to see the house in the pic, seen this house before, wrong pic.
