- Our first family cruise! We have some first timers (Lesley, Chris, Erin, and Nico) so it’ll be interesting to see what they think about cruising. We’ll also cover what’s new with Carnival and changes for 2022. Now, let’s get to cruising!! 🛳🤗

Can't wait to watch this, we just took our first cruise this past weekend on the Radiance. We would have flipped out if we ended up being on the same boat as Bill and Lisa. Hope you enjoyed your time on water!
We were on the Radiance Sept 16-19 and also in August, she’s a beauty. I love the smaller ships.
Still watching and praying Bill does a cannonball in the pool. Lol. I know Lisa and the kids would be dying laughing.
Pro tip... if you go to Walmart in PV you can pick up some tostada shells to use with the salsa bar at Blue Iguana! They do not sell tortilla chips. We asked and the lady said, "We make our own. We do not buy store bought chips!" LoL

I for one am very glad you do the up charge on food and pay for meals. You two make the channel better by doing it and letting us see the experience that other channels don’t offer.

What an awesome cruise with your whole Ohana! It was great experiencing cruising from the eyes of your kids who have never been on a cruise before! We bring our Tide pods and dryer sheets on longer trips too, gotta be prepared! Great minds! Bill, there is a prescription level sea sickness patch called Scopolamine that is applied a few hours before cruising and it works wonders on sea sickness! No drowsiness, just “set it and forget it”. Thanks for taking us along on your family adventure! Love you guys! ~Arlene

Something important to note: If you are from the USA, you do not need a passport when you get on and off the ship at your departure point. However, if for some reason you get left behind, or have a medical emergency, you will need a passport to fly from one country to another. I would recommend you have a passport on you at all times.
If you keep your passport in the safe in your cabin and you're missing from the ship when it's time for them to leave, they will retrieve it from there and give it to the port authorities.
Passport is a must along with travel medical insurance.
My wife and i just booked the July 2023 7 day Mexican Riviera Carnival Panorama! We're so excited it's our first time ever on a cruise. We're huge fans of your TH-cam channel. Thanks Bill and Lisa, you both have so much info and great ideas. We're going to hit up Taqueria El Paisa! 🌮🌮🌮 CAN'T WAIT WOOHOO!

I only went on one cruise in my life about 18 years ago and never thought it would appeal to me, but I was impressed! It's been nice to see you and your family enjoy the food and activities on the cruise!

Love the reaction of the first time cruisers can't beat it. We are cruising out of NOLA next year and will be my youngest sons first cruise and can't wait to see his reaction.
We sailed out of NOLA once on Carnival. Not to scare you, but the roughest waters we’ve encountered on a cruise. Still had a great time though! 🥳

it's great when you can travel with family. we've gone with our 3 kids.... but at different times..... so hopefully there'll be more in the future. I am also a big fan of carnival..... enjoy!! oh, we went on the panorama this past spring..... i loved all of it except for the skyride. oh man.... i hated that. haha.... never again. oh well.
We only did that skyride once, that was good enough. lol
@@billandlisa good for you....... i was 'ok' when it was on the inside tract but when it moved to the outer one...... oh man.... I started to pedal much faster to get back.

Watching on my tv, but had to go on my laptop to comment. This brings back memories.....not the cruise but the terminal. I remember many many years ago when the terminal that Carnival created in Long Beach actually housed the Spruce Goose. That's what the dome was built for (though I'm sure you already know that LOL). So amazed how they remodeled it.
I've actually toured inside the Spruce Goose in the dome back in the day. =)

That is true I'm trying to get my parents to join us on a cruise. So far no luck 😕 would be fun all together
