Hi Viktor, thanks for making these videos. I’m a home mechanic and don’t have a lift. Can you do a video showing the proper “centered” jack points for front and rear? On my past car, there was a central spot in the rear (usually the tow hook or differential) that you could jack up to lift the entire rear end at once, then place jack stands on the left and right pinch welds near the wheels. Same as the front. That would be super helpful.
Hi Victor, I hope you are doing well. I have a 2018 Lexus RX350. I am experiencing some funny stuff with my car transmission. Some times it feels like someone gave me a push from the rear. What are symptoms when the transmission is failing or it needs an oil change. I appreciate any help you can provide. I appreciate your help very much.
There is a Technical Service Bulletin for ECU calibration update for Vehicle Bucking on 1 - 2 and/or 2 - 3 Upshifts and Surge Between 0 - 46 mph that may apply to your vehicle. Check with your Lexus dealership to see if the ECU calibration update applies to it.
@Viktor G Automotive - I have a 2022 UX250h and I was trying to figure out if a transfer case (front differential) fluid change is needed for it? I thought I read somewhere that the transmission shares the same fluid as the transfer case? Is this correct? Thank you in advance!
Hello, thanks for your video. I have a question please, in how much kilometers we should replace the fluid transmission for this model of vehicle?. Thank you
Hi Victor!! I have seen the transmission fluid level has to be measured through the fill plug when temperature goes up to the certain range while the vehicle is running. But I don't have enough knowledge when it comes to hybrid vehicles.. so I want to know if hybrid doesn't need to follow that procedures or not. Thank you sir
The inverter coolant radiator drain cock is at the front lower left side of the engine compartment. You have to remove a left wheel lower side splash shield to access it.
Probably some screws and clips. They are different between F-sport and non F- sport. Would be difficult to describe in writing, maybe I can make a video in the future, but who knows when I’ll get a chance.
No, to the best of my knowledge the UX200 uses a conventional CVT transmission and different fluid than the eCVT in a 250h. I’ve never serviced one because they are not sold here.

Good choice!

That is correct. Front differential is built into the transmission. There is no transfer case on these models as they don’t have a rear driveshaft.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive Thank you! Also, I'm a big fan of your channel. Keep up the great work!
@@ericksonmaranan1369 thanks!
Nice Video. Please show how to change broken under shield on 2020 UX 250h. it happened on my car . hit the rock on road.
Will do if I get a chance, thanks for watching!
Hello, thanks for your video. I have a question please, in how much kilometers we should replace the fluid transmission for this model of vehicle?. Thank you
The manufacturer does not provide a replacement interval, but I would do it every 60K miles on my personal vehicle.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive thank you very much
@@haythemys any time!
Thank you for this video. I'm going to change the oil myself.
How much oil goes into this box? I want to know before I buy too little.
4 litres/quarts as mentioned in the video. There is an Amazon link below for the oil as well. Cheers!
perfection!
Thanks Mario!
No filter ?
Nope

The procedure you are referring to is for different transmissions.
My video shows how to properly replace the transmission fluid on a UX250h.
@Viktor_G_Automotive actually my wife has ux250h.. and I am mechanic in south korea and work for us soiders here.
Thanks for the update
Where is the inverter coolant drain plug located for this car? Please any one, thanks.

@@Viktor_G_Automotive Thanks so much.
@@anhpham8199 no problem!
Hi Victor , there is any filter to be replaced ?
No, there isn’t.
Viktor how can I message you on how to replace the ux250h front bumper guard. Long black piece on the bottom.
Probably some screws and clips. They are different between F-sport and non F- sport. Would be difficult to describe in writing, maybe I can make a video in the future, but who knows when I’ll get a chance.
Thanks for the reply, it’s a non F sport. I will try and attempt it … 😅
Danke schön
