0:54 a stronger neck helps keep you from getting koED. your head not snapping back when you get punched means your brain doesn't bounce around your head
Sometimes its better to "follow the punch" with your head if you know you gonna get hit because it denies some damage from the attacker . Just imagine taking a punch and staying still with your head . The momentum of the strike will be increased in contrast with moving with the direction of the punch . But yeah neck strengthening exercises help maintain neck stability
@@miltoshadji5713 that's cool. i do some muay thai but I do more grappling so I don't know a huge amount about muay thai. its funny every time I spar I just want to grab the person and take them down
@@disfuncionexe hahahha good job man keep working and you will become a beast . I was practicing boxing and thats where i learned that tecnique but its advanced you need to have good reflexes. But know i want to start muay thai . Overall its more complete than boxing . The art of eight limbs 😃💪. Grapling is crucial too in 1 v 1 but be careful in the streets
