Nasi butter
Bahan - bahan:
1 sudu besar mentega vegan
1 cawan beras basmati lal qilla (basuh dan direndam 30min)
½ biji bawang holland(dihiris)
3 ulas bawang putih
1 batang serai(diketuk)
Kismis secukupnya
2 cawan air
Garam secukupnya
Serbuk perasa secukupnya
Tumisan sayur
Bahan - bahan:
Sedikit minyak
½ biji bawang holland(didadu)
½ biji lobak merah(dipotong kecil)
3-6 ketul cendawan kobis bunga(dicarikkan)
½ biji brokoli(dipotong kecil)
Sedikit serbuk lada hitam
Garam secukupnya
Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
Note: Beras Basmati @Lalqilla semestinya menjadi keutamaan saya di dalam setiap masakkan saya. Lagi-lagi masak nasi butter ni. Terus jatuh hati!! Beras nya panjang - panjang dan sungguh fluffy! 🥰 🍚
Cara memasak:
1.Sediakan claypot, masukkan mentega vegan dan biarkan ia cair, kemudian masukkan hirisan bawang holland dab serai. Kacau sehingga naik bau.
2.Masukkan kismis dan tumis seketika. Masukkan air, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya. Kacau sebati dan adjust rasa. Masukkan beras yang telah direndam ke dalam claypot dan kacau seketika. Perlahankan api sekecil kecilnya. Tutup dan biarkan ia masak.
3.Bila dah masak, masukkan mentega vegan sedikit pada permukaan nasi yang telah masak. Tutup semula dan biarkan ia masak seketika. Dah siap dan ketepikan.
4.Untuk bahan sayuran, masukkan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang holland sehingga naik bau, lepastu masukkan lobak merah, cendawan bunga kobis dan brokoli. Kacau sebati.
5.Masukkan sedikit serbuk lada hitam, garam dan serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya. Kacau seketika dan sedia untuk dihidang bersama nasi butter tadi.

Butter Rice
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup lal qilla basmati rice (wash and soak for 30 minutes)
½ holland onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk lemongrass (tapped
Raisins as needed
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Seasoning mushrooms powder as needed
Stir-fry Vegetables
Ingredients:
A little oil
½ holland onion (diced)
½ carrot (cut small)
3-6 pcs hericium mushroom (shredded)
½ broccoli (cut small)
A little black pepper powder
Salt, to taste
Mushroom seasoning powder as needed
Note: @Lalqilla Basmati rice has always been my priority in every dish I cook. Especially with this butter rice, I fell in love instantly!! The grains are long and incredibly fluffy! 🥰 🍚
Cooking methods:
1.Prepare a claypot, add vegan butter and let it melt. Then add sliced holland onion and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant
2.Add raisins and stir well. Pour in water, salt, and mushroom seasoning powder to taste. Stir well and adjust regarding your taste. Add the soaked basmati rice to the claypot and stir. Reduce heat to low. Cover and let it cook.
3.Once cooked, add a little vegan butter on the surface of the cooked rice. Cover again and let it cook for a while. It's now ready to be served. Set aside.
4.For the stir-fried vegetables, heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté diced holland onion until fragrant, then add carrot, hericium mushroom, and broccoli. Stir well.
5.Season with a little black pepper powder, salt, and mushroom seasoning powder to taste. Stir briefly and it's ready to be served with the butter rice.
