Happy New Year to mike, Corey and the team at BitBeamCannon. Thank you for sharing this excellent update for us to start the new year fresh. Glad progress is being made and glad to see it coming along nicely guys. I posted this up on the Neo-Geo thread for others to take notice and listen in on what you fellas has to say. Thank you as always Mike and Corey. 8^) Anthony..
Not directly, but the important thing to keep in mind is DaemonClaw for Amiga will be created using the Metro Siege game engine (but enhanced for AGA features) and all the gameplay and graphic design being created for these versions of DaemonClaw will be lovingly re-tooled for best use of the Amiga hardware, so any progress with Metro Siege and with these current versions of DaemonClaw absolutely make the AGA version of DaemonClaw closer to being finished.
Don't worry, the plans for the Amiga version of DaemonClaw have not changed. It will be made using the same code-base as Metro Siege (but with upgrades to support AGA hardware), but this was always going to be after Metro Siege is finished, since it will be programmed by the same programmer who's currently working on Metro Siege whenever he can (between his full time job and family responsibilities.) We can't promise it yet, but Metro Siege will likely be our next big project, and the Amiga version will be among the first versions finished, if not the first.
