- LAKERS VS SUNS HAD ONE OF THE WORST ENDINGS TO A GAME I'VE EVER SEEN!!! NBA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND THE LAKERS SHOULDN'T SEE THIS AS A LEGITIMATE WIN!! The Suns pit themselves into this position, BUT the officiating was clearly benefiting one team far more so than the other. Lebron and Anthony Davis looked dominant and played good while Devin Booker turned the ball over and Kevin Durant tried to carry the entire Suns offense again. I wanted the Lakers to win but not like this.

You can’t deny that some of these tourney games have spoiled us with great basketball though bro. Plus it even helps some teams that have legit talent but maybe not have the exposure (pacers) into the limelight. Yeah the incentive could be buffed a lot but that will come. As a lakers fan… yeah lol. I hate the suns, booker is one of the most overrated players I’ve seen in recent memory, so I’m happy to see the lakers win. But let’s be real: neither of these teams are making it to the finals playing the way they are. And everyone talking about the lakers winning the tournament, but they still have to get thru the pelicans and either the bucks or pacers.
I think most of us realize the Lakers have that ref pack booster other teams don't have. Against the Pelicans Lebron will get 23 free throw attempts and Zion might get 5.
Oh yeah, this was a bad one. It was clear and obvious who the😅 refs were pulling for. Look at how quick Nurkic picked up fouls in the first half. They also had KD and Booker with 5 fouls in the 4th, but that timeout call was a gem. I've watched basketball a long time ane I've never seen officials fumble a timeout call like that. That's the one call officials seem to be really particular about. If you don't have possession, you don't get the timeout.

1. This missed call was the cherry on top of the worst officiated cake I’ve ever witnessed. Boatloads of missed calls on both sides, but the Devin Booker headshots were egregious, and the timeout call not being reviewed was so inexcusably bad that they couldn’t have made it more obvious what they were trying to do.
2. The thought of a video being permitted globally but being blocked in Antarctica is something worthy of its own TH-cam video.
3. I went to a Suns/Pistons game in 2008 during our short-lived run with Shaq as our center. It was a nationally televised game on a Sunday afternoon and i remember being so high that I could barely walk into the arena. It’s also worth noting that I saw a high school friend working right before the game started, and he was so embarrassed that we recognized him dressed up as the Phoenix Suns gorilla that he, in front of hundreds of people, started screaming at my friend and I (completely unprompted, mind you) that his Gorilla job paid him a ton of money and that he got to choose his own schedule. Yikes!
Anyway, the suns got completely annihilated by the pistons and we were down by 20+ the entire game. Being a glutton for punishment and also being incredibly high and not wanting to move much, I sat and watched the entire beatdown as the arena slowly started to empty out. With about 15 seconds left in the game, we finally decided we had enough and got up from our seats,
only to immediately be called “bandwagon fans” by a couple of Pistons fans as we were leaving.
The thunderous chants of “DEEEEEEETROIT BAAAAAASKETBALL” that echoed through the arena corridors as everyone was leaving once the game ended haunted my dreams for years, and I occasionally have a flashback to how upsetting that moment was to me. Because of this, and with the added bonus that Monty Williams (2nd highest paid coach in NBA history) is leading the charge after poisoning multiple players on the Suns and abandoning key rotations during the playoffs FOR NO REASON AT ALL, I couldn’t be more delighted with the current Pistons losing streak and only hope that it continues on for another 20 - 30 games, eventually shattering the NBA losing streak record.

NBA cinema nurkic got in foul trouble early which opened the paint for them. Booker and KD both had 5 fouls and lebron and AD had 0. They cheat in way more than one way. The ref from the 2002 kings lakers said refs put fouls on the players of the team they want to lose it messes up their rhythm.
Still to this day I remember down the stretch in the 2016 Finals, Lebron dunked and did a full gymnastic routine on the ring and wasn't called for a tech. That was when I 100% knew he's got compromising photos of someone at league headquarters.
