1999? Dang! The oldest busses in my district are 2008-2012 ICE Maxforce DT's, and almost all have been replaced with propane Bluebird Visions. Love old busses like this.
Perfect diagnosis and repair! Only thing I would have done differently is to use a motorcraft or Navistar sensor. I’ve always had bad luck with Dorman electronics
what year is this bus, i have a 94-97ish bus with a t444E, has no power with the intercooler and pipes connected to it, but if i put the Y pipe connector from Ford 7.3 to it to eliminate the pipes and intercooler, has power.. i double check pipes, hoses and intercooler, no holes and leaks, turbo has no oil or dirt in it at both sides.. no play at the bearing, no oil leaks, turbo is a very small Garret with very small holes at the intake ''cones'' between the heads.. only thing is that the turbo has very sharp turbo impeller which i think it could be a bad sign of wear and tear... i must say that it has the allison 545, and the t444e has only 190hp,, has no EBP sensor and the MAP readings give just 1.1 psi.

dorman icp sensor....dont you hate it when they give you inferior parts? dont want to pay the higher price for quality?.....instead, pay to do it twice and then buy the quality icp.
